In the kitchen you can find kitchen utensils, pots, cutlery, etc. provided, electric cooker, number of rings 4, oven, refrigerator with a freezer compartment, coffee machine, microwave, dishwasher. Bathroom is equiped with toilet and a shower. Air conditioning included in the price and each room has it's own aircondition unit, Internet-TV, Internet (WLAN), use free of charge. Prices includes following: change of bedlinen (weekly), final clean at the end of your stay, usage of electricity, tax and water. Terrace is own private terrace in front up the stairs with gas grill. Outside area is shared garden 400 m2, barbecue gas and wood as well, free parking, children playground and garden furniture. Washing machine at the landlord. Garden has been fully reconstructed in 2016. and it is located in the souterrain.

It is possible to rent a boat mooring - with further notice and in agreement with the owner. Wi-fi and parking are free and available on site. Smoking is allowed on the terrace.
