Holiday rentals with a fire pit in Banjole

It was a wonderful vacation in a perfect house with a quiet and very private environment. The pool was great. The house was modern and newly furnished. Just as it was described in the pictures. We would all like to come back here next year.

Insect screens in front of the bedroom windows and a TV in each bedroom would be nice. Otherwise, everything was perfect.

I highly recommend it, it was definitely not our last stay in this place. The house is wonderfully furnished and equipped. Localization is perfect for a peaceful rest.

The location was perfect, and the surroundings were peaceful and beautiful. One of the highlights of our stay was the adorable cats living in the yard – they were so friendly and brought us so much joy! The host was very kind and responsive. This home is the perfect location for anyone looking to get away from the crowds and enjoy your own private slice of Croatian paradise on the Istrian peninsula while still being close to several wonderful attractions, like the old city of Rovinj and the hill town of Motovun. The home and surrounding yard have everything you need including several outdoor locations to sit and relax while soaking up the ambience. Enjoy your coffee or wine while listening to the birds and enjoying the view of the olive trees and lavender plants. The hosts couldn't have been more friendly and helpful. We really appreciated their hospitality, local recommendations, and personal touch. The best Airbnb experience we've had.

This place is highly recommended! When we arrived, we immediately felt comfortable. The area is very rural, green and quiet. The accommodation is very stylish with many warm colors - perfect to get away from everyday life. Overall, the accommodation is very spacious due to the three different levels. We couldn't figure out where to heat the pool, but we were always in the whirlpool anyway. A perfect accommodation for us. However, we would recommend a maximum of 4 adults, otherwise you would have to share a room.

Reception was very nice with a welcome gift. Communication with Miro (contact person) was easy and you got quick feedback. Also very helpful with problems. In total, a very successful vacation/stay and definitely recommended!

Wonderful place, beautiful view, easy access to the beach. Apartment is tidy and super clean. Hosts very friendly and accommodating. Whatever questions or help you may have, hosts are right downstairs.

We stayed at Martina's place for almost a month and it couldn't be better! We felt right at home - she was very accommodating and super friendly. The flat had everything we needed for a long stay - fully equipped kitchen and comfy space. The area is beautiful and very calm, yet everything is within 7-10 mins drive like beaches, cafes and shops - exactly what we were looking for! There is even a sourdough bakery short walk away! The month passed by way too fast! We would love to stay here again!! Thank you Martina for being such an amazing host!!

Super clean, small apartment, absolutely sufficient for 2 people and small dog, equipped with everything you need. Everything was as described in advance. Wi-Fi and TV work perfectly if you need it. Ana lives above the apartment and is always available when you need it. In the entrance area is a small cozy seating area. Ana's dog Aaron was also enthusiastic about our small, quiet dog😀, outside the apartment, - approx. 70 m - there is a meadow to walk to the walk. We felt very comfortable.
