Entering the apartment you will have a completely clear view of the living room and kitchen, characterized by a careful decoration that immediately conveys a pleasant feeling of home. The living room is equipped with a comfortable sofa, a flat-screen TV and a dining table for 8 diners. The kitchen has everything you need for a relaxing and unforeseen stay. The balcony-terrace has excellent views of the rooftops of Barcelona. The night area consists of three bedrooms: two of them have two single beds together (they can be separated on request), wardrobes and en-suite bathroom with shower. The apartment has parking space for a large car at a cost of €20 per day. In the area we will find other public car parks. This apartment is located in a private housing estate. The farm has a concierge service from 8h to 13h and from 17h to 19h from Monday to Friday and Saturdays from 8h to 13h. The basic rules of respect, coexistence and noise must be met so as not to disturb or be disturbed, either inside the apartment or in the common areas of the property. The location of this apartment is excellent, only a 5 minutes walk from the most visited monument, the Sagrada Familia. The apartment has 2 double bedrooms and one bathroom. Free WiFi, A/C, centralized heating. We are sorry but we are not allowed to host groups of people younger than 35 due to an agreement we have with the community of neighbors. Families with children are welcome. Our reception is located at 30 metres (100 feet) from the apartment and it's open from 9h to 18h, every day.
