The house was restored in 2003. The house has 4 bedrooms , 2 bathrooms and a beautiful 400-square-meter private garden in which up to 4 cars can be parked and has an automatic sliding door to enter them. The house is located in the old town, you can walk all over town without having to take the car. There is a convenience store on the same street and nearby there are the stores needed to spend the days. The distance to Barcelona is 20 km, to the Costa Brava is 90 km. Very close is the outlet La Roca Village, as well as the Montmeló Gp motorcycle circuit. Five minutes away from the house is the train station that leads directly to Plaza Catalunya in downtown Barcelona. Its proximity to Barcelona means that visitors can stay in Barcelona all day, whether working or sightseeing, and at night they can return to the house for dinner in the beautiful and quiet garden. AirCon is in every room. 4 full bathrooms. Private parking is included. There is a bus around the corner and a train station 7 minutes away directly to the center of Barcelona, airport is 10km away.

Villa with 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, very quiet and close to everything. In summer and winter, very nice house, accommodating up to 8 people (maximum 6 adults). Very well equipped, ideally located between Barcelona and Sitges, it is perfect for a family vacation by the sea or for teleworking and enjoying trade shows.
