The Apartment: Modern, elegant and very bright, the Gaudir apartment is located in a residential building especially suitable for families and groups of adults over 30 years old. Upon entering the apartment, you will have a completely clear view of the living room and kitchen, characterized by careful decoration that immediately conveys a pleasant feeling of home. The living room is equipped with a comfortable sofa, a flat-screen TV, and a dining table for 8 people. The kitchen has everything you need to enjoy a relaxing and unforeseen stay. The balcony-terrace has excellent views of Barcelona's rooftops. The sleeping area consists of three bedrooms: two of them have two single beds together (they can be separated upon prior request), closets, and an en-suite bathroom with a shower. One of the bedrooms has access to the terrace with views. The third bedroom has two comfortable twin beds and storage space for belongings. Guests staying in the third bedroom will also have their own bathroom with shower located in the hallway. Other amenities: private parking (upon prior request) ... €20 per day Come and enjoy! You'll have access to the entire apartment. The apartment has a base price for 4 people. Each additional person has a surcharge of €30/day. The apartment has a parking space for a large car at a cost of €20 per day. In the area, we will find other public parking lots. This apartment is located in a private housing development. The property has concierge service from 8 am to 1 pm and from 5 pm to 7 pm Monday to Friday and Saturdays from 8 am to 1 pm. The basic rules of respect, coexistence, and noise must be complied with so as not to disturb or be disturbed, either inside the apartment or in the common areas of the property. For your safety, do not overload the elevators. Capacity for up to four people or two people plus two suitcases. Inviting people to the apartment who have not been previously identified at check-in is prohibited. The number of occupants must match the number of guests on the AIRBNB reservation.
