I found Raffaela very nice, whenever I asked a question or had a problem, Raffaela was answering within 5 minutes . The TV had a problem, the next day she brought a new one. Always ready to please for our comfort. The accommodation was in an idyllic place of a calm ( we would have thought we were alone in the property) My husband and I were retired and were looking for tranquility. Recommended. Great host with great tips for delicious local wine, the best beaches and local markets. Also at his recommendation, we could rent a boat super cheaply. Directly on Lake Garda, this would have been twice as expensive. We will definitely rent an apartment again!
