The cottage sleeps four people in two bedrooms (one king, en suite and one twin) and would be perfect for couples looking for a quiet retreat. The cottage is within walking distance of the Mawddach Trail perfect for exploring this beautiful corner of North Wales. Barmouth is also 2.5 miles walk across the famous Barmouth Bridge.

The former coach house stands in private mature grounds, and is approached via a gated entrance and a sweeping gravel drive ascending to the property. It is a self contained first floor apartment, accessed via external steps to the rear of the building, that dates back to 1780.

Situated in a peaceful corner of our field, nestled in the hills above the small village of Talybont in Snowdonia. It's just a 2 minute stroll to the railway station, less than 10 mins walk to the local supermarket and post office and our beautiful sandy beach is a 15 mins, level walk along the lane. We are within Eryri National Park with amazing scenery, abundant walks and leisure activities. Sorry but strictly no pets.
