The small house of the dunes is located at the foot of the immense beaches of Barneville-Carteret, opposite the Channel Islands (Jersey, Guernsey…) Close to the village and its shops. (5-minute drive - 15-minute walk). The accommodation is located in a quiet and pedestrian hamlet with 4 tennis courts (private) and a petanque court. The beach is very close to the house (10-minute walk). The small house of the dunes is classified as furnished tourist accommodation (3 stars).

I offer you to rent our pretty apartment of 75m2. ♥️ I have carefully equipped and decorated it to make you and your family feel as good as we do. It is ideally located 200m from the sea, it is a real joy to enjoy Barneville Plage and its surroundings. Our fully renovated home is on the second floor without an elevator. Entrance, toilet, kitchen/dining area and living room on the first level. Upstairs, 2 bedrooms, a bathroom, and a separate toilet.
