Beach house holiday rentals in Barneville-Carteret

Second experience for us at Pascal Vacances and we are still as satisfied with the level of services! Perfectly equipped house, very clean, as expected. Pascal and Catherine are real professionals, and in addition very friendly. They have a sense of hospitality, so we'll continue to stay downstairs. We also recommended them to our families, who also enjoyed their stay there.

The house in the dunes is beautifully located and at least as beautifully decorated. Everything is very clean and well cared for and Marion responds quickly and is helpful. You can walk into the dunes on the beach or relax in the pool or on a lounger in the sun. The only thing that was a little different than I thought is that the house is a little close to the public road. Not many people come by, but it is just a little less private. This would not prevent me from recommending this house and coming back again. It is also still very quiet and peaceful. Thank you Marion!

We really enjoyed our stay. The cottage is lovely and very cozy, with great attention to detail and very clean. We felt right at home and did not want to leave! The area is beautiful as well, walking distance from the dunes. Sylvie and her husband were very friendly and welcoming. We would love to come back :)

Stayed here for the 2nd time and it remains an absolutely wonderful house. Great view where you can quietly see the tides of the sea come and go in absolute peace. Regardless of the weather, this is a fantastic house, in nice weather on the terrace and with some rain a block of wood in the stove and nice in the living room stay.

This is the first time we've come here and we're very happy. The garden is so fenced in at the front and back that even our little dog couldn't find a way to escape. The location is great and the equipment absolutely sufficient, even if you cook a lot like we do. If we can, we will come back without hesitation.

Excellent host, great house with loads of space, kids loved the pool. Close to the marina,bars,restaurants and the beach.

We had a very nice family stay at Géraldine's place which is ideally located: we went to the beach on foot every day and we took full advantage of the access to the heated pool as well as the bar (yummy the waffles and ice cream), the children's playground and the educational farm at the nearby partner campsite. The sunny weather only enhanced the experience. The deckchairs and garden furniture on the terrace are a real plus! As well as the many toys made available for children. They had a great time, we felt like we were at home. Not to mention the large amount of dishes made available in the accommodation. Friendly and very pleasant stay!

The house is adorable - beautifully renovated with all you need (swimming pool, kitchen equipment, pool table, etc). The location is great, directly at the sea-side with hardly any other people, for which it felt like a private beach. Also a nice walk along the shore to Granville. We would definitely recommend this place!

Excellent stay, the mobile home is very well equipped and of good quality in a peaceful residence, many activities are available. The indoor and heated pool is a big plus, as well as the proximity to the beach! Very refreshing for my 4-year-old son and myself, the disconnection was total. We'll be back ☺️

It's in a quiet neighborhood, nestled in a lively city filled with great restaurants, shops, and just a short drive from beautiful beaches. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by the host, who took the time to explain everything we needed to know about the house and its amenities, making us feel right at home. The house itself is impeccably clean, beautifully furnished, and exudes luxury. Every detail has been thoughtfully curated, and it truly felt like home from the moment we walked in. The amenities are top-notch, with a sauna, hot tub, and pool that were perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring. The whole family had a fantastic time, and these little extras really made our stay special. We’re already looking forward to our next visit! If you’re considering a stay in the area, this place comes highly recommended. It truly exceeded our expectations!

Very modern and spacious house with all amenities and in a quiet area right by the beach. The pool is heated and the equipment is new. Communication was smooth and very fast.

Beautiful, modern accommodation with high-quality furnishings and many small extras, where you can see the hostess has thought things through. Very well-maintained pool, in which there was usually little going on and a quiet, beautiful residential complex in general.

We had a good stay in Barneville! The accommodation is completely in line with the description and photos, and is very well located. Everything is well thought out to welcome travelers, the game room and the pool are very appreciable (we enjoyed the pool with young children despite its depth). For us, it was the first visit to Normandy and we felt absolutely comfortable from the first moment in Anne's house. Beautifully and elaborately renovated, but also furnished with a lot of taste and feeling. There was nothing missing. The contact with the neighbors was also very warm and nice. The tranquility, the surroundings and the region have done us a lot of good. The contact with Anne was uncomplicated and extremely friendly. Also, for all the information. We can only recommend this contact and will definitely come back.

Valerie was a great host who was very flexible to accommodate any requests sent her way. Her beautiful home is one I would recommend to anyone looking to stay in the proximity and certainly will look for its availability, whenever I think to venture that way.

Charming house, quiet and actually 300 meters from the beach. There was absolutely nothing missing. It was a very pleasant holiday and close to the Normandy landings for those interested. What a terrific find. We were delighted with the gite which provided everything we needed for a wonderful visit to Barneville. The highlight was being able to swim in the sea right from the back garden at high tide. Thank you Madame Paule for your very kind hospitality.
