Our gîte, located in Percy-en-Normandie, offers in a wooded and enclosed park, 1 bedroom with a double bed and 2 bunk beds as well as a Queen Size mattress on the mezzanine. The mezzanine opens to the living room. The accommodation is suitable for 4/5 people (35 m2) We live in a house opposite the accommodation. The grounds are completely enclosed. The indoor pool (10 m x 5 under dome) is accessible and heated from mid-April to the end of September only. The pool is covered with an XXL shelter Wi-Fi + Netflix

Please note: If you already reside in Jersey, please inquire before booking Set in a quiet private residential estate, with St.Helier town centre 10 mins by car or 30 minutes walk. A shop, pharmacy is 2 mins, and supermarket 3 mins by car which has an atm Bus stop situated across road, with nearest beach is only 5 mins by car. To the East, is the scenic Castle harbour village of Gorey. There is 9 hole golf course just 2 mins away with a driving range, tennis courts and a restaurant/bar.

The Cottage

Beautiful rural two-storey gîte in ancient Normandy Long House in tranquil location close to Carentan, Utah Beach and D-Day Experience Museum. Located in the Les Marais Natural Park, surrounded by wildlife including horses, hares, and herons. Beautiful swimming pool open end May to end August. You will have access to a games room with a pool table and ping pong. We are unable to accommodate pets. Please also check out our other adjacent gîte - called 'Les Etables' or 'The Stables'.

Nestled in the heart of the Cotentin marshes in the hamlet of Montessy, this former farmhouse was renovated in 2011. It has a pleasant and cozy comfort with recent amenities. A 10 m x 4 m pool built in 2023, indoor or outdoor, heated, is available from early April to mid-November. A tennis court awaits athletes as well as 4 canoes-kayaks to navigate the river that flows at the end of the garden. Also available: ping pong table and adult and children's bikes)

A large south-facing terrace, with garden furniture, barbecue and brazier, will complete your stay. 5 min walk to shops and 15 min walk to Potinière beach, this gîte for 7 people will be a sunny refuge ideal for relaxing. A lockbox is available to facilitate your arrival. Private parking in a closed courtyard.

This peaceful accommodation offers a relaxing stay for 4 people. There are 2 bedrooms on the ground floor with 160 cm beds with a shared shower room. You will have access to a fully private indoor pool heated all year round at 30°C. The villa has a fully equipped kitchen (oven, dishwasher, microwave...), dining room and living room directly overlooking the pool (no need to leave the house).
