An Unforgettable Fairytale Escape! I booked our stay as a surprise for my wife, daughter, and her boyfriend, and seeing them utterly flabbergasted when we rolled up to a real-life castle was priceless! It was the perfect start to a magical getaway. Crossing the drawbridge feels like stepping into a fairytale, offering a royal experience without a flight to Europe. The details are breathtaking—spiral staircases, stained glass, and a throne room create an immersive medieval feel, yet with every modern comfort. We loved the rooftop hot tub's stunning sunset views. The built-in treasure hunt was a unique highlight—a fun way for us to explore the castle's secrets together. The hosts were gracious and the property immaculate. This is more than a place to stay; it's an adventure. We are already dreaming of our next visit! Highly recommend!

I didn’t realize there were so many stairs but I probably just didn’t pay enough attention to the listing. It wasn’t a problem. Just a bit of a surprise. There were also lots of scents. Wall plug ins and multiple different scented candles in each room. Otherwise it’s a lovely home. Good space and use of it. Host was responsive and helpful. Beautifully decorated. One of my kids asked if we could buy the house they loved it so much.
