We had a lovely short stay at this beautiful, well-thought-out home. Everything was clean, cosy, and welcoming it really felt like a home. The setting is peaceful and surrounded by nature, which made it perfect for a quiet escape. We especially enjoyed walking around with our little pup, who had the best time running around freely in the nearby field. It was such a treat to watch her so happy! We’d definitely love to come back for a longer stay next time.

Everything about our stay was perfect! From the croissants left for breakfast to the private jacuzzi. If you want a private, peaceful getaway but with a 5 star feel then this is the place for you!

Fiona was a welcoming host who made us feel very welcome at every stage. I would highly recommend booking this property to anyone who wants to visit the area.

We had a delightful stay at Helen's place. Her charming home has lots of character and is located in a real neighborhood with a corner pub, and was cozy, comfortable and quiet. An off-street parking space directly in front of the house was a real plus. The kitchen and dining area were well equipped and enjoyable. The city centre took just a few minutes to reach on foot. We'll fondly remember our time spent in lovely Winchester.

Fantastic stay for a long weekend with my wife! The location was perfect for exploring the town, and the exclusive development added a touch of luxury. The apartment was spotless and well-maintained, with a great view of the river from the balcony - The seating and table was very comfortable. The one-bedroom layout worked well for us, with spacious rooms and a hall. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed. A big plus was the convenient car parking, just a stone's throw from the lift. One tip for future guests: make sure to pick up the garage key fob from the apartment before unloading your car! Overall, we were very comfortable here and would definitely stay again. Highly recommended!

Very lovely stay, we commuted to the New Forest most days for some exploring and it was a beautiful spot to stay just outside. Really clean and tidy and felt fresh. Priced very fairly too!

Katie’s apartment was stunning! Extremely clean and tastefully renovated. The bed was amazing and loved the luxury of a small tv at the foot of the bed. There is nothing I could fault about this accommodation and would not hesitate to recommend it to everyone. You won’t be disappointed.

My two dogs and I had a lovely stay. It was peaceful and a great place to stay after our long flight over from Canada.

Lovely home from home, well laid out with all you need for a short break. Good selection of kitchen items, clean shower room with great water pressure and a very comfy bed. Small area of garden set aside for guest use which was a relaxing spot to read with a coffee in the morning. Adjacent footpath leads to wooded area but only a short walk into the village too. Very happy with our stay here and would hope to be able to book again next time we come to the area. Hosts left us to it, but were available if needed and friendly when we saw them.

A wonderfully warm welcome and briefing from Richard. The flat was small but perfectly-formed, with its own garden area. It was very well-equipped, comfortable and attractively furnished and decorated. The attention to detail was impressive, with thoughtful touches like flowers and basic supplies. The free permit-parking was convenient, and the city centre within easy walking distance. Even during a heat-wave, the flat remained cool, and the busy street was, as advertised, peaceful at night. Great location to get to lots of various locations, we visited New Forest, Southampton, Portsmouth and walked down to the shingle beach, which was only a ten minute walk! Lovely and clean place, small but not tiny, just enough room for two adults and two small dogs. Everything was a thoughtful touch, from kitchen wear to comfort. Would definitely stay again if I was ever visiting the same area. Jackie was super helpful and very friendly, which is always a bonus. The surrounding area is residential and also partly industrial but noise level was low, which we appreciated. Plenty of space to park your car and close to the train station.

Great view over the river, apartment was very clean, modern and secure with keypad entry. Easy walk to restaurants and Spar supermarket nearby. Secure car park, parking space numbers are on the ground with slightly weird numbering system. Excellent entry instructions from the host, just read them properly. It does make the apartment very secure. Definitely a great choice to stay in Southampton.

We agreed with all the previous reviews, and would like to add, Elmer is a great place to visit, and the proximity to the beach is fabulous. Robs information was second to none!! The walks were breath taking. Our special visit was Arundel, the castle, gardens, and town were amazing. Ok, now for our one grump, the fridge is a bit small!!! i know, ridiculous but we didn't know whether to put the wine or the milk in the door, so had to drink the wine, and put the milk in the fridge....sorted. By the way, the welcome basket was very much appreciated.

A beautiful, well equipped apartment with very friendly hosts. Lovely position by the river and in a very peaceful setting. Would definitely recommend without a doubt!

Rose's place is beautifully clean and comfortable. We were warmly welcomed and made to feel at home. We loved relaxing in the beautiful garden and very much appreciated the thoughtful note that had been left, along with the generous provision of breakfast and hot drink items. We had two great meals out, one at The Ship and one at The George. It was so easy to get into the forest for walks. A great stay and we would thoroughly recommend!

We stayed 3 nights in The Loft and were very happy with the accommodation. Exactly as described, well equipped, comfortable and convenient. There are walks you can do without getting in the car and loads more just a short drive away. The New Forest Inn is easily walkable along the road, we thought it was excellent and ended up going twice as we liked not having to get in the car to go for a meal. We normally go to the New Forest one every couple of years at least and will look to book here again.

The stay is in a great location, quiet, but only a very short walk to the High Street. It is well set up and well presented, with everything we needed for a very comfortable stay. Sally was a very responsive and thoughtful host. We stayed overnight on the Thames Path walk, which Sally knew. It was hot so Sally had even gone to the trouble of leaving us some cold bottles of water for our arrival.
