Samuel was a great host, communicative and quick to respond to any messages. Gave top tips for places to visit and was very helpful also, can’t find a fault! Plus being a 5 minute walk from the station its an ideal commute to the city centre.

The property is located in Reading town centre within proximity to public transposed interchange. Very convenient to travel. The flat is clean and tidy. The only issue is instability of Wifi. But most of the time is okay.

great place to stay. very clean and tidy and everything u could need for an overnight stay. the entrance to the parking is quite narrow as advised, don't take a big car!!!!

We had a lovely one night stay at Damian’s place. The Airbnb was spotless and comfortable with all amenities you would need. The only comment I would say is that the parking space is quite tight so would be tricky in a larger car but it was right next to the house so very convenient. Thanks for a lovely stay!

Everything was clean and orderly. Terry and his parents helped and informed us well. For me as an older person the second floor was a bit strenuous, but the steps were good. The balconys were nice. Terry was always helpful.

It was a last minute booking whilst staying over Christmas, instead of sleeping with the in-laws after, after being messed around by “Fahid” taking my money and then refusing my booking ( DO NOT USE HIM) she was a life saver it’s a no thrills apartment but it has everything you need for a short last minute stay and very easy to communicate and let alone saved over 30% very cheap and cheerful. I recently had the pleasure of staying at V's through Airbnb, and I can confidently say it exceeded all expectations! From the moment we arrived, V was incredibly attentive, ensuring that our experience was as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. I highly recommend notifying her of your arrival time; it allows her to prepare everything perfectly. Upon entering, we were greeted by a delightful assortment of thoughtful touches that made our stay feel uniquely special. V had arranged a delightful spread of personalized breakfast items upon request, featuring artisan breads, jams, butter, and even delicious chocolates and a cake waiting for us. Wow, wow, wow! This AirBnB is unmatched. From enquiry to check-in and check out, the Lach team were so helpful. The home itself is huge, peaceful and accommodating. It makes the perfect place to unwind with friends or family, with enough space for downtime and minimal noise. Then let’s talk about the sun-trap grounds… we were in awe at how much care has been taken to maintain the enormous garden and pool. Even at the furthest point of the garden, it is not overlooked; this truly makes for a relaxing, undisturbed stay. A retreat. While the house clearly has history, it still feels clean and fresh where there have been tasteful renovations. Practicalities are covered with ample parking, fantastic location and amenities nearby, without road noise. If there were to be an improvement, it’d be nice to have a dining area that seats all 8 guests but this didn’t affect us. Staying here feels like a special treat, and we’re already fixing a date to return! Thank you team Lach

This home is stunning! Three floors, updated with an open floorplan (rare in England from what I’ve seen) that allows for conversation and gathering. Skylights are a nice touch. We really only rented this house for the night prior to an international flight so that we could be close to Heathrow- but I would have had no reservations with staying longer. Convenient to major roads, train, and a huge Sainsbury’s grocery (5 min walk). All essentials were provided with one exception. The housecleaning staff forgot to leave out enough towels, and I missed the ONE cabinet on the third floor where they were stowed away. It was a horrible surprise the morning of our flight and we all shared the two towels that we could find. (The host was responsive; had we not been rushing to get to the airport, I have full confidence they would have resolved the issue promptly… but we had to go!) Otherwise, dish detergent, bathroom essentials, and a tea were available. Comfy beds but pack earplugs (train!).

We were badly let down from another host and found Mark’s property. He responded to us quickly and gave us all the information we needed. And saved our day. It is a lovely property, and very homely. I Highly recommend this accommodation

The most perfect house for our girlie weekend away. Firstly the house, garden and driveway was GORGEOUS, exactly as it was in the photos. The house had everything we needed to host for 15 of us and everyone was comfortable. The location of the house was perfect. It took us less than 10 mins by taxi to get into town. Ronan recommended us using Chiltern taxis who were incredibly responsive. Ronan was incredibly responsive during the booking process and when we stayed at the house. The manual we received covered everything we could have possibly needed! This house deserves more than a 5* review. Thank you so much Ronan! I will for sure be recommending to any friends and family.

Wonderful quirky house full of charm and character. We had a brilliant stay. Kids loved exploring the house and beautiful garden. In the words of my 5 year old, “best house ever!!!”. The ride on the old 1950’s Leyland double decker bus was a perfect way to end a marvelous break. Thank you to Monty and Claire for being superb hosts. Jon

A short notice walking weekend in the New Forest in August meant accommodation was scarce but I found this little gem on Airbnb which turned out to be just 10 minutes from our walking start point in Godsall. After a 14 mile hike on Saturday I was pleased it was just 10 minutes drive to my accommodation and even better that the shower was hot and the kitchen equipped so I could heat up an evening meal. Lovely and peaceful, very pretty spot through the garden. Good internet signal and tv I could watch Netflix and BBCiplayer on, as well as lots of books to read from. The bed was very comfy as well. Unfortunately I didn’t spend long at the cottage as we walked both days but it,s a great spot and good value option for solo travellers.

You get your own room and bathroom It matches the pictures , it is a very quiet location, rested properly while staying over with Ross I actually checked it quite late at 8:30 pm and it was totally fine for Ross, he is very responsive and helpful It is hard to rest when its not your own bed somehow this place felt like my own bed Its a bargain for the location and what you get I ve given 5 star reviews to previous places out of respect , Ross’s place is underrated So I took the time to express my sincere opinion and will be staying again

Beautiful home, perfect place to stay. The garden is absolutely amazing. Claire Marie was very welcoming, made us feel at home. Went out of her way to ask if we needed anything. Generally a lovely, friendly host. I would highly recommend to stay here. Everything was perfect and it made our weekend.

We were very happy with the venue! It met all of our expectations and suited our needs for a 1 night stay perfectly. The location is ideal with paid parking (very reasonably priced) just across the road and an array of bars and restaurants literally a minute’s walk away. The interior of this bespoke property is fantastic and was perfect for our needs. Thank you Sharon!
