Horseback riding is possible in the neighboring village.

With a distance of about 8 km to Bad Neustadt a.d. Saale and Mellrichstadt, the apartment is optimally connected by transport.

There is also a large garden, parking in front of the house and more in the immediate vicinity. Our aim is to welcome guests with a dog as well as the ones without into a friendly, cosy atmosphere. The appartment is at the edge of Oberelsbach - ideally for hikes. Basic shopping is possible and there is a nice café, a gas station and a pharmacy. Hiking and Cycling trails start directly from the house. But also there are bus lines which opperate in different directions as well as right into the heart of the hiking area.

The old half-timbered house is located in the middle of a small village in the Bavarian Rhön Biosphere Reserve. It will be occupied by you alone during your stay. It can accommodate 4 adults if 2 bedrooms are sufficient. However, there is still a single mattress in the living room. 1-2 dogs are allowed. Bicycles or motorcycles can be stored in the barn.

The apartment has separate access. My place is good for couples, solo travelers, adventurers, business travelers, families (with children).
