We really enjoyed our stay here! The place was very clean and well-kept, which made it feel comfortable right away. The host was responsive and shared some great local recommendations that helped us make the most of our visit. The location is peaceful and relaxing, yet still conveniently close to beautiful cities like Perugia, Assisi, and Spello. A great spot for exploring the region while enjoying some quiet time.

I would recommend Piera’s stay to everybody. It was simply amazing, from the start I felt so at home. 10/10!

Ombretta s place was very beautiful. Super cute house with two bedrooms which was very comfortable for our family of 4 . She was available for check in and gave us recommendations, showed us the house and made us feel at home . All required amenities were there . Easily accessible to restaurants by car . Quiet neighbourhood. We were to visit Assisi so this was very convenient for us , about half n hr away . Totally recommend this place .

Daria’s listing was a wonderful reprieve from the heat and offered stunning views of the surrounding town and countryside. The space was very clean and very comfortable, and was an excellent place to relax. Daria’s mother was there to greet me during check-in and gave very clear instructions for how everything worked, and even helped me with my luggage. When I was there, the washing machine was unfortunately out of order, but Daria’s mother was extremely kind and did my laundry before returning it to my suite, already hung to dry. An overall lovely experience and a place I’d highly recommend!

We stayed at Franco's for 5 nights and had a great time. The accommodation is brand new and equipped with every comfort. It is located in a central but quiet position, close to trattorias and shops, a stone's throw from the basilica and the bus that leads to Assisi, on the "mattonata" which is the pilgrimage route to Assisi. It is also an excellent starting point for visiting the heart of Umbria: Perugia, Spoleto, Spello, Todi, Foligno are a short distance away. Great value too. We highly recommend it and hope to return. Found ourselves in a bit of a dilemma as our plans had been thrown by a train strike. Robbie was our saviour. Lovely apartment, close to the station with everything you could need. Would definitely use again if I find myself in Perugia. Many thanks for everything Robbie.

Monica is a host who is always available and ready to answer any questions. The accommodation is comfortable and the area where it is located allows you to visit nearby towns. The check-in and check-out instructions are simple and accurate.

Roberto is an excellent host. He accompanies you quietly and discreetly throughout the stay and is always available for questions. The equipment of the kitchen exceeds all expectations and prepares you for a nice start and stay. Gladly again and highly recommended.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this charming apartment in Spello, Umbria. The location was ideal – nestled within the historic town, full of character, peace, and beauty. The apartment itself was spotless, well-equipped, and full of authentic Umbrian charm. Every detail had been thoughtfully arranged to make us feel comfortable and at home. What truly made our stay exceptional was our host, Ferruccio. From the moment we booked, he was attentive, warm, and welcoming. He went out of his way to ensure we had everything we needed, offering excellent recommendations for local restaurants, attractions, and even helping us navigate the area like a local. His hospitality made us feel not just like guests, but truly cared for. If you’re planning a visit to Umbria, we can’t recommend this apartment – and Ferruccio as a host – highly enough. It was a memorable experience, and we hope to return again soon!

Maria is one of the best hosts I’ve had through Airbnb! She’s very responsive and helpful. We arrived late at night to a very clean space and a few sweet treats! She was super helpful with getting my friend’s purse back to her that she left behind at the place.

Accommodation was very clean and comfortable. Spello is a lovely place to stay if you would like to explore Umbria. Sonora was very friendly easy to communicate with and gave us great suggestions of where to eat in Spello. I would recommend to family and friends

We felt super pampered, beautiful suite, furnished in a refined way,complete with every comfort,steam room and jacuzzi were the icing on the cake... The staff is present and available,the breakfast is fantastic,wide choice and everything is delicious! We'll definitely be back!

Had a super 8 night stay here. Paola, the host, is everything you can hope for from an Airbnb host. Super communicative, welcoming and helpful. Her and her husband helped me with a medical issue, which was so kind and appreciated. Wow! Just wow! The apartment is quiet and I slept good at night. It has every amenity that I needed. It is clean and in a safe location. They really put love and attention into this place and it shows. Highly recommended.

We had an amazing stay at Alessandro’s and Sonja’s place. They helped a lot with very good recommendations for local restaurants and things to see and do around. The apartment was very clean and cute, even though it was quite moist probably due to lower temperatures in May. For the summer months we can imagine it it is very cooling and perfect for sleeping. We can highly recommend the Castello and would always come back ☺️

We stayed at this place for a few days and had a great time! The apartment is spacious, clean and perfectly as described: ideal for 4 or 5 people, thanks also to the presence of two bathrooms, both equipped with a shower, which make the stay even more comfortable. The host was extremely helpful and friendly - we had a small issue with the hairdryer and he replaced it immediately, showing great attention and kindness. The flexibility in check-in and check-out times was also very much appreciated, which allowed us to organize the trip in the best way. Highly recommended!

Fabrizio was an amazing host! We made a spontaneous choice to stay in Perugia after our friend’s wedding in Tuscany and the magic continued. The location was central and a blissful walk to the city centre which is full of history and beauty. Coming back to Fabrizio’s place made our stay even better.
