Giuliano and his wife are super nice people. We felt right at home! The place was very clean and has everything you need. The location is quiet but you can quickly reach Modena by car. Giuliano was friendly and helpful with every question. My family and I would come back.

We chose this apartment because we wanted to be close to Carpi. Soliera is a very quiet place, Alain's house is in front of the park, with a bar, free parking and ample parking under the trees of the park. In addition, the terrace at night (it was very hot during the day) is really a great place to share a glass of wine.

I recommend staying at Mrs. Laura's bed and breakfast for those looking for a very quiet place, with many comforts inside the small apartment. Mrs. Laura's availability and kindness, cleanliness and change of sheets/tablecloths were very much appreciated.
