Our cottage is a quirky wooden framed, tin clad cottage, sitting on the banks of a stream, next to our house. Although small it feels much bigger with a fully equipped kitchen, bedroom and bathroom. It can sleep 4 people with the use of the sofa bed. It features a wood burning stove, (it also has central heating ;-)), a gorgeous mural across one wall, a veranda for sitting and watching the world go by, oh and it also has full WiFi, smart TV and sound system if this all sounds a little rustic.

A 5 minute walk from the Theatre Royal, Botanic Gardens, Royal Victoria Park and all the shops, cafes, restaurants and traditional English pubs of central Bath, and yet a restful place to retire to in the evening with a glass of wine...or two! You will have your own private courtyard garden and a designated parking space adjacent to the property.

We are close to Bath, Bristol, Cheddar and Wells. A welcome pack of tea coffee, milk & water is provided to get you started, all towels and bedding included. No cleaning charges. Free parking.

Modern apartment with rural views set in a secure landscaped development, ideal for self-catering families. The grounds are great for a nice stroll by the water. Next door is a shopping park with big name stores, handy for food shopping. You will have the benefit of a secure parking space, with lift access to the apartment. The location is convenient for Bristol Airport (5 miles/ 15 mins). There is convenient bus access into the city centre, and B.I.G. is just 15-mins walk away.

The Old Stable is a beautiful one-bedroom detached barn conversion which can accommodate up to four guests. Newly renovated in 2021 to a luxurious standard with plenty of character, beamed ceilings, bifold doors and stylish furnishings. The property has breathtaking views over the Mendips and the Chew Valley Lakes. There is even a walk down to the lake which is 400 yards away. One well behaved dog is welcome. Please ensure that when you make your booking you add the £10 pet fee.

The Cottage has two bedrooms and is ideal for couples, solo adventurers, business travellers, families (with kids), and we are also dog friendly (1 small/medium sized well behaved dog is welcome!). Ultra fast fibre broadband is a recent addition for guests needing to work from the cottage or simply surf the internet .
