booked this for the pool. enjoyed our stay, slept well, too! not walkable to restaurants, but is a very short drive either to downtown BR or to LSU...or other parts of town. if the weather is nice you're right by the levee and a paved walking path connecting downtown to LSU.

If you are going to LSU, or have an event that is around the campus, Maria’s place is absolutely perfect. Walking distance to a couple of good restaurants, a grocery store and tiger stadium. The property is also very clean and everything is in great working order.

James was an amazing host! We had some extenuating circumstances and James accommodated us with several extensions. The place was clean, had all the amenities we needed to make the place to feel like home. Definitely recommend!

This Airbnb was not only beautiful, but spacious! I appreciated the snacks as well as the washer and dryer! Everything was clean and neat. It may not be the nicest looking neighborhood but it’s very quiet and literally seconds from the highway. I even recommended this place to my mother who’s a local for a small getaway. Will stay again in the future.

I didn’t receive the automated message with all the instructions for check-in… I messaged Alena and she took care of that right away! She was extremely responsive and replied instantly. Alena was accommodating to say the least. Her studio was cute and clean and simple. Highly recommend!

We were visiting for my son’s graduation from LSU. The condo was very close to Tiger Stadium and the Pete Maravich Center and an easy walk. The instructions for accessing the property were very clear, and the condo was beautifully designed. The beds were very comfortable, and the kitchen and bathrooms were clean. The living area was spacious so that the five of us felt comfortable. The host responded very quickly when I had questions. If there was one thing I didn’t like, it was the traffic noise in the master bedroom. However, I would definitely stay there again especially if I had something at LSU.

We were just looking for a couple of extra bedrooms for a family visit to Denham Springs. Sandra's place was perfect for that and she responded quickly to any questions we had. Unit was very clean. Area was safe and quiet.

House was beautiful and looked just like the photos. Loved the back deck on the water even when it rained it was nice just sitting and watching. Just wish we were there more than we were to enjoy the house and deck fully. Would definitely stay again if we are this way.

Truly one of the best AirBnB properties I have stayed it! Jennifer thought of everything that you might need and more! The house is beautiful and feels like you are walking in to someone’s home …. Loved all the local art on the walls, the bed is super comfortable and the kitchen is perfect! Well stocked with welcome snacks, all sorts of coffee options, every spice if you want to cook, and pretty dishes that had me searching for a set online. Jennifer is a great host and I can’t wait to stay here again. Highly recommend!

We were in Baton Rouge for the national bowling tournament at the Raising Cane's Event Center. It was a short drive from the house, and a quiet getaway during our off-time. The home's decor is fun, the beds are comfortable and the kitchen is spacious. The hosts were helpful and responsive when I had questions before check-in. There wasn't parking in front of the house when we arrived. So we went out for happy hour, and when we got back the space was open. Overall, this was a great choice.

We really enjoyed our stay. My husband and I were there for a bowling tournament and this was our first time doing an Airbnb because we wanted to bring our fur babies with us. Elizabeth was the best host ever. The description is exactly what it was on the website. She has free roaming chickens that are very friendly and farm fresh eggs are absolutly delicious. Her two pygmy goats are the cutest thing ever and one of them took a liking to me, haha (Winston). Even though it is an attached mother-in-law addition, which I will be honest and say I was hesitant about, it is completely separate like a duplex would be and you still have your privacy and zero distractions. The accommodations were great and the house is just absolutely adorable and modern. I highly recommend staying here and I hope to come back someday. Elizabeth is the best and I thank her so much for her hospitality!

This Airbnb was in a nice location, near restaurants & highway. It was spacious and adequate for my family and pets, my dogs loved the huge yard. Hosts were responsive and friendly.

Kasey was amazing!! I needed help changing plans and she was super helpful, and BEYOND accommodating. This is the 2nd time that I’ve stayed at Kasey’s house, it is very cozy, homey and was the perfect size for us. I told Kasey it was my son’s birthday trip and she gave me recommendations on activities and left him a surprise for when we got there. She went above and beyond! Would recommend to anyone!!

I was pleasantly surprised by how spacious and comfortable this condo was—it felt more like a home than a rental. Every room was thoughtfully decorated with stylish touches that gave the space a welcoming, modern vibe. The layout made it easy to relax, and everything was spotless and well-maintained. It truly exceeded my expectations, and I’ve already made a note to reserve it again for my next visit. Highly recommend!

We had a perfect stay! The hosts couldn't have been better. The location was out of the heavy traffic of Baton Rouge which is a bonus. We had all of the amenities we needed and the back patio was absolutely lovely. I especially enjoyed watching the hummingbirds! The neighborhood makes you feel like you are on a first class vacation and I enjoyed my walks. We have now found our "go to" spot in Baton Rouge. Our daughter is a junior at LSU and I wish I had found this place sooner. We will absolutely stay here again on our final visits for her senior year. We obviously highly recommend!

We were in town visiting family and Jim’s place was perfect. It was clean, all of the appliances worked well, and Jim was extremely communicative. We will definitely stay here the next time we’re in town!

The location was perfect and ideal and was a 10 min drive from the arena. Conveniently located to stores and restaurants within walking distance. It was very easy to get in and out of. Very close to LSU activities. I believe the “longest” drive took 25 mins to the Mall, but that was mainly due to traffic. The place was very neat and tidy and had everything we needed. The complex is gated, making it feel even more safe. The building itself is very sound proof. We didn’t have any issues with other tenants living on the property. The only complaint we have, that is at no fault of Tiffany, is the road the property is located on - as it has a lot of potholes.

Perfect location for us to stay while our daughter graduated from LSU. Exactly how described and perfect for the occasion. Very close to LSU and our daughter. Johanna was great, very clean and easy to get in to. Appreciated everything and had an amazing trip.

We enjoyed staying here for the 3 nights we were in town. It was perfect for 3 of us. Very spacious. I recommend staying here!
