This place is amazing! we had a completely wonderful stay here. It has such beautiful views, was pristine, lovely comfy beds and is perfectly situated for a holiday in Shaldon. We couldn't fault it. Thank you Suki for a really lovely break.

Honestly the photos do not do this place justice its incredible what a view and the host could not have been better extremely helpful, always there at request, respectful, polite all round wonderful person even made us scones to bake and the the towels shaped in to love hearts was a really nice touch they made us feel welcome and right at home would recommend to anyone thank you sheila for a great experience will be visiting again

Chris & Sally are so friendly and helpful such a lovely couple and extremely welcoming …the accommodation was very luxurious and everything we needed for our stay the fridge was even stocked up with essentials so we didn’t have to go shopping when we arrived!! They went over and beyond to make us feel comfortable…absolutely amazing views…We shall have no hesitation in recommending this AirB&B to friends and family…one of the best ones we’ve stayed at!! Great location and beautiful flat. We took our 1 year old with us and it was perfectly suited to him toddling around too. Very clean and modern interior. Would highly recommend!

the flat was very roomy, light and airy. clean and fresh when we got there. parking was very easy and convenient for the house. had some concerns about the steps up to the flat but it was no problem - less steps than I had thought. Emma was quick to respond to queries 11.00 am checkout is useful - many places want you out earlier. Would be happy to use again

The Waves apartment was a well thought out, relaxing, comfortable holiday home for couples or families alike. Emma has thought of everything from sunny days to rainy days. Recommend for both short and long stays. Stoke Fleming is the perfect spot to explore Dartmouth and local villages. Blackpool Sands is a must.

We enjoyed a wonderful stay in Richard & Zoe’s beautiful apartment, which is perfectly located for the delights of Totnes. The apartment was spotlessly clean, and the equipment and furniture is of the highest standard. Highly recommended!

We had the best weekend staying in Amanada’s house celebrating a birthday it was beautiful. The house is even more beautiful than in the photos & my 2 year old loved looking out to sea every morning seeing the birds. We will definitely be returning in the future. Thank you so much ☺️ one bonus for families thinking of booking that I did not see prior to our stay is the stairgate at the top of the stairs to the kitchen it was perfect with 2 young children we could shut this off.

Wonderful location and comfortable, well designed home. A little village out on its own with so much character and some great walks which are medium hard but good distances either way - to the left in the next village the Cricket Inn is delicious food and friendly staff - to the right a lighthouse. The views and beach really make this place… as well as being a close drive to Salcombe and Dartmouth. The house being is well stocked, stylish and comfortable so makes for easy living. We were a family of 7 and a dog and would highly recommend it. We did a Sainsbury’s food delivery to the house twice to make getting groceries easy and that worked perfectly too.

We had the most amazing week with our 4 boys at The Old Guard in May. We have been renting various properties in Hope Cove for many years. Wendy's property is now our absolute favourite!! Not only did we have fabulous weather but the location is just perfect for getting out on the kayaks etc The warm outdoor shower is brilliant for when you get back! The balcony is very large and a great space! The views from the balcony are spectacular and the sunsets incredible. The kitchen had everything you need. They utility area with washer and dryer is very useful staying with a family. The property was really well designed & clean and comfortable to stay in. Wendy had said the parking would be tight, but we got our 2 vehicles in no problem just a bit of time to go back and forth and one is a long wheelbase Mercedes Vito! We would definitely recommend staying here and would love to come back again! Thank you Wendy for all your messages and prompt replies when we had any questions.

Sarah and Mark are total legends, their place is beautifully designed to give guests privacy while also allowing you to feel like a true village resident during your stay. The accommodation feels authentic and cosy yet full of natural light. Walks in all directions are stunning, as are the beaches. The local pub is brilliant.

Haven offers an excellent family home central to Salcombe and local amenities. The spacious bedrooms, open plan living and well resourced kitchen provided everything we needed to thoroughly enjoy our holiday. The check in process was straight forward, excellent communication from the host and local information contributed to our enjoyable stay.

We really enjoyed our stay, the house is spotless and nicely decorated. The house is at the top of the hill which isn't for the faint hearted, but Salcombe is very hilly so you'll likely have this is most places. Personally I think the uphill walk back is worth it for the house, off road parking (worth its weight in gold), the views and Heidi as a host. Heidi is very responsive and helpful, I couldn't ask for more.

Our stay on Raleigh Road was fantastic, the house was quirky and spacious. Matched the description and was perfect for us 4 adults and 3 children. With the addition of the high tide annex there could easily have been 2 more adults. Very clean and had a lot of essentials which places don’t normally stock. Location was good albeit a steep decline to the harbour, extremely convenient shop across the road. Would definitely visit again!

We had a fabulous stay. Great location within walking distance of Salcombe town centre and a wonderful, cosy house that accommodated our two families. We particularly loved the big, bright kitchen dining area to hang out in for lazy brunches. Brilliant place, would book again.

A very beautiful modern, spacious and comfortable apartment. It has everything you could need. It’s within easy walking distance to both city centre and the lovely Hoe and the Barbican area. Check in instructions were easy and nice having the underground garage parking space. The lift was an added bonus as was the balcony the full length of the apartment with sliding doors from both bedrooms and lounge. James was super helpful and very responsive. Had an absolutely fantastic stay and highly recommend this apartment and am hoping to return.

Excellent stay at Tom's property! great location to walk into Totnes highstreet, packed with loads of independents. Train station a 2 minute walk. A lovely property to stay in, beds supper comfy and has everything you need. Will definitely look to stay again.

We stayed at The ApARTment for 4 nights and loved our stay. We were a group of 4 adults and had plenty of space. The setting is beautiful, with great views from the living space of the surrounding hills, down into Dartmouth, and across to Kingswear. You could happily sit and stare at the view for hours! Simon and Theresa were brilliant hosts. Theresa was very communicative via messages and really welcoming when we arrived. Simon had some good recommendations for places to eat. Both were really friendly and relaxed when we bumped into them. All amenities are as listed and we had no problems self catering. The kitchen had everything we needed. The furnishings are comfortable and the whole place was immaculately clean. Finished with an artistic touch, including some of Simon's own work, the decoration is fantastic! It was walkable to Dartmouth for those that dont mind some hills! We wouldnt hesitate to book again, and I'd recommend The ApARTment to anyone.

A beautiful apartment just a short walk away from the centre of Torquay. Dean was very helpful. I would happily stay here again.

We would highly recommend a staying here for either a short stay or long one. Close to the harbour and you don't need a car to get around the town. The cottage is so cosy and comfortable and you have everything you need here. Rebecca is an awesome host and responded to any questions very quickly. We would stay here again in a heartbeat. We stayed at Diana’s place whilst visiting some friends in Frogmore. The place is immaculate, fully equipped and beautifully furnished with really comfortable beds. Attention to details and cleanliness is beyond expectations. We also really liked the extras such as coffee, tea, biscuits, etc.; we would definitely go back. The location is peaceful amidst beautiful surroundings.

Beautiful apartment with stunning views. brand new bathroom with walk in shower and lovely Neal's Yard products which smell amazing. Welcome pack of food goodies including milk, butter, croissants cheese, jam, marmalade and a bowl full of fresh fruit. Couldn't have asked more from our hosts Lynne and Neal. Gregor’s place was perfect for our stay in south Devon. Comfortable and everything we needed as a family. The boys loved the swing in the garden and the snakes and ladders. It was close to some beautiful beaches and the nearby newton ferrers and Noss mayo were pretty. Recommend the green deli cafe! And the ship inn.
