Stayed in plenty of AirBnBs, probably the cleanest I have ever stayed in. Dishes were not clean in the dishwasher from the last guest running it on their check out, they were organized in the closet. Spotless. Bed was fantastic, clean as can be. Kitchen equipment was very nice. Cold and hot (filtered) water provided. Derrick accommodated a LAST second booking (literally night before) so clear the spot stays this clean regularly. Zero noise from downstairs businesses, couldn’t recommend one thing to improve. Picky would be to offer a few beach towels but we made it work with the oversized colored shower towels. 5* place would stay again!

Such a wonderful, peaceful place to stay at. We will definitely return when we are back in the area.

We had a wonderful stay! Everything was just as pictured, and was very clean. Bed was very comfortable. Restaurants and shops were just a short 1/2 mile walk. Great location!

We loved our stay at the cozy condo. It was beautiful inside. Easy to find. Lots to do and see in this area of Michigan. Just a short drive for us to head up to Holland for the day to check out the Tulip Festival. Audrey's place was exactly what she described and she was very responsive to my questions about the area. Need to give a shout out to Rebecca - She was so friendly and she met us at the condo and went over everything with me. She even gave me some spots to check out while were there! We are already planning our next stay and we are planning on coming back when its warmer so we can enjoy the nearby beaches. Thank you so much.

We had the most wonderful stay at this beautiful property in the heart of Holland, Michigan. The location was absolutely perfect-close to everything we wanted to explore. The home itself was spotless, beautifully maintained, and stocked with everything we could possibly need and more. We had the pleasure of meeting the owner, Chris and he was truly the nicest, kindest person. We experienced an issue with our luggage not arriving before we had to leave (it was lost at the airport in Indianapolis, IN) for home, and both Amy and Chris went out of their way to offer assistance. They were even ready to ship the luggage back to us themselves. Thankfully, FedEx arrived just as we were leaving, but we’ll never forget how gracious and willing they were to help. We left feeling completely cared for and can’t wait to return to Holland again. When we do, we will certainly book this beautiful BNB without hesitation. Thank you again for an unforgettable stay, Amy and Chris.

Our stay at Sterling Sands was amazing! From the moment we walked in, it felt like a home away from home. It was beautifully furnished and impeccably clean. The hosts have thought of everything, from cozy linens and high-end toiletries to a fully equipped kitchen and high-end furnishings. One of our favorite features was the spaciousness of the unit. The open floor plan allowed for plenty of room to relax, and the large windows let in lots of natural light and showed a great view of downtown Holland, making the space feel bright and airy. The peaceful atmosphere made it the perfect retreat after a day of exploring Holland. While the inside was amazing, the location is perfect with being right in the heart of downtown Holland. We were just steps away from charming shops and great restaurants! Communication with the hosts was great and our entire stay went very smoothly. Sterling Sands is great for couples and families, making it the perfect getaway. We will definitely be going back!

This is a great neighborhood and is an easy one mile walk down Fulton to Van Andel. Close to a great bakery, pizza, wine and coffee shops. Beds were very comfortable and the historic home is divided into two rentals, where we stayed in the upper unit which had a galley kitchen, dining area, living room, two bedrooms and a full bathroom that were simple and very clean. We would definitely return again. We did not need to reach out to Alex at all but that just means everything was well explained and easy to navigate for arrival and departure. Thanks Alex!

We lost electricity for two days due to a storm, and Matt was kind enough to refund our money for those days even though, of course, he had no control over that. We’ll be back!

This was such a beautiful place!

I traveled to Michigan with my sister for a family reunion, so I wanted a place with two separate bedrooms. Boz's place was a great choice. It is one unit in a community of four-unit apartment buildings. It was probably built in the 1970s, but it has been fixed up well. Everything was squeaky clean. I walked around in new white socks and had no worries about getting them dirty. Boz included some nice details, including fluffy towels and a big new bar of soap. The shower is mounted up high, which I appreciate because I'm tall. The unit has its own 40-gallon water heater. There was a bowl with packaged snacks like granola bars, which was helpful in the morning to hold me over before I left for breakfast. The location is three minutes (by car) from an Aldi grocery store, but I never used it on this trip. I ate breakfast every day at Roxie's which is a great place that's only about four minutes away. I will be happy to stay here again next time I visit Kalamazoo.

Very nice apartment that is close to downtown. A couple of chairs on the balcony would be nice now that the weather is warming up!

Host had great communication and so helpful. Very spacious condo convenient location for nearby attractions and points of interest. Holland was only an easy 30 minutes away. Minutes from a great mall and cinema with lots of restaurants and stores. Pet friendly which was very important to us. Friendly neighbors in our complex and in the neighborhood. Highly recommend a stay here. We look forward to staying again.

2nd time we have rented this spot and it has been a perfect location for our family to visit our daughter at st Mary's. Julie is super nice and accommodating. Thanks again!

Mill Pond made it extremely easy to check in, being accommodating to our late arrival time. They were proactive in reaching out to me with check-in instructions, called me the morning after I checked in to make sure we didn't have any issues, and were very helpful with local recommendations. The location of this unit is hard to beat, given how close it is to downtown Saugatuck. I will definitely be back, thank you Mill Pond!

We loved our stay at the holiday hill! We wanted a quick getaway for just My husband and I, and this was the perfect spot. Cozy, close to everything, immaculately cleaned, renovated, we loved it so much! We will definitely be back

We really enjoyed our stay. It was quiet, clean, and comfortable. The location was perfect. It was close to the beach and grocery stores as well as a quick ride into downtown South Haven. The neighborhood was peaceful to walk through. The pool was a great! We hope to stay there again soon.

Let me begin by saying we can’t wait to stay again. The location was absolutely amazing, particularly if you, like us, adore sunsets. We enjoyed the walk to the beach which is on the property and found the sunsets breathtaking. The beach is beautiful and allowed us to walk three miles. The unit was very clean and had what we needed. We were able to cook in two nights and enjoy a Saugutuck restaurant one evening. Patricia was very communicative and was prompt in responses to questions. We simply could not have enjoyed a better stay. We look forward to coming back.

Great place, great location, easy to walk almost everywhere. The private beach was great. Patio and pool were well maintained and peaceful. Only downside is lots of stairs but really great place would stay there again for sure.

We LOVE Saugatuck but always have used a hotel chain. We decided to utilize Airbnb this time and will never go back to hotels! Beautiful home and beautiful surroundings! Home was clean and well stocked!

My husband & I rented this gem for a week. The condo is spotless, kitchen has many amenities, tastefully decorated, very comfortable and we loved it! We loved being right on the water/ beach and close to town. Highly recommend this adorable condo.

Kim’sBeautiful spot by the Kalamazoo River was super clean and so relaxing! Watching the boats/river traffic go by on the shared deck was ideal! The renovated space is beautiful and provided many amenities. Our stay was after Labor Day, so the chain fairy was not operating. This made for a bit of a drive to the main part of Saugatuck proper, but very easy traffic and many many wonderful restaurants to choose from! Saugatuck is very walkable with lots of eclectic shopping and tasty spots to eat! We enjoyed the fantastic climb up to Mt Baldy- a must see!! And exquisite Oval Beach is just a very short drive/hike to see the sunset or enjoy that irreplaceable Michigan shoreline! What a gem of a spot!!
