Townhome holiday rentals in Batumi

The apartment is super clean and as shown on the pictures. It's a quite big place and everything you'll need is there. Also, the apartment is behind their house, so you have your full intimacy. You'll feel just like at home. They really helped me during my stay in Batumi. Their hospitality is really great! I definitely recommend!

Excellent home, hospitable hosts Armaz and Nino and all their big Family! The goal was to live in a real Georgian house with history and garden, upon arrival we received it, the family house of Armaz, the garden and the "house in the village" :) Every day we saw Armaz at his house in Batumi, walked around Batumi, look at the sights and at the sea with the sons of Armaz: Henri, Lashay and Toko, in the evenings we often stayed until late at night for joint dinners (our friends lived at the guest house of Armaz). We were invited to a tour of Adjara for kebabs and wine to the country house of Aunt Mary and Uncle Nadim, I saw for the first time how the hazelnut grows:) Even together we had time to go to the football match "Dynamo" (Batumi). We lived almost as a FAMILY FOR A month. If you need to be immersed in a real Georgian environment, then you need to choose a house near Armaz. Thanks to this trip, we loved Georgia forever and intend to return here next summer!

If it was possible to put 100/10, we would put❤️ The hotel has its own beach, we were greeted like a family. If you're planning on Kvariati, just come here. This place deserves a pencil guest The rooms are clean, just super. The kitchen at the hotel is incredible. 🔥🔥🔥🔥

The most friendly and caring hosts! Big house with three bedrooms, great view on the city, private parking near house, peaceful neighborhood, center is 6-8 min away by car Very warm house, good equipped and there is a lot of space inside Insanely big tv :D 11/10

Nice house in a great location on the waterfront. The hostess of the house was very friendly and even served homemade food.

Yana was a great host and the place was incredible! It’s very close from the airport and only 10 minutes from most sites. Yana and her assistant were very helpful and friendly. The place was clean and tidy. I definitely recommend.
