Greetings from Casa Luigi! Our cosy ground floor apartment is situated in a recently renovated house right in Baveno's historic centre. It offers a nice view of the lake and is surrounded by all the services that the city could offer: public parking, public transport, bars, restaurants, lakefront, a tourist information centre nearby, and two delicious grocery stores in case you don't feel like cooking or going to a restaurant! Loading/unloading with the car in front of the property is possible.

Tranquillo luminoso e accogliente trilocale nel centro storico di Baveno. Situato a 50 metri dal lago e da tutti i servizi necessari. Ristrutturato da poco. La casa è posta su tre livelli: camera da letto con bagno, zona centrale vi accoglie l'angolo cottura e zona pranzo con divano e TV , piano superiore un'altra camera da letto con bagno. Possibilità di pranzare all'esterno in un prezioso terrazzino. Le zone sono comunicanti con una scala con protezione per i più piccoli,seggiolone,lettino.
