Emmanuelle’s place warrants all the 5* reviews, including my own. It is an incredibly comfortable and beautiful house - they have really thought through everything a guest needs. For example, a storm caused some electricity microcuts and not only had they shown me the breaker box, but everything is clearly labeled so it was a 2 minute fix. They really think ahead. The house is also in a spectacular setting and it is an amazing house to relax with family. An added plus is the AC - you don’t need it most of the time, but when you do, you do, and it’s refreshingly powerful. Emmanuelle and her parents are so welcoming, they brought us a gorgeous box of their own veggies from their garden as well as some local treats, and they were responsive to any questions or concerns. I really can’t say enough positive about this house, the area and the hosts. 12/10.

Très belle villa, encore plus jolie qu en photo, qui nous a permis de vivre un magnifique séjour en famille. Très bon accompagnement d’Hossegor Villas, ça donne envie de revenir :)

Sandra was a fantastic host greeting us by producing lovely meat, cheese, wine and beer in the bar area. She was contactable throughout our stay and has been helpful sorting out something for me since we left. The property is amazing with 5 bedrooms and several bathrooms/WCs. We used the pool and hot tub every day along with the games room containing a pool table and bar with a fridge and dishwasher. The rear garden is huge and the is a petanque court and table tennis table. There is generous outside space to eat (there were 9 of us) helped by a good sized gas bbq. The kitchen has loads of space with many of the cupboards full of items to be used. The nearest supermarkets (Intermarche & Carrefour) are both a few minutes drive with Carrefour offering low costs fuel. It is a relatively short drive to Bayonne which is a lovely town astride a river with plenty of restaurants, bars and shops with pretty good car parks available. Overall a lovely villa with a fantastic host.

Nous avons passé un super séjour, au calme, chez Patrick et Christelle! Ce sont des hôtes accueillants, disponibles et discrets. Le coin piscine est formidable et le logement est très fonctionnel et bien équipé. Nous recommandons grandement !

La communication et l'accueil ont été parfaits,d'une gentillesse et bienveillance très appréciables. L'emplacement est incroyable, une fois les valises posées, tout se fait facilement à pied. La vue depuis la terrasse est fantastique. La qualité de la literie est très bonne et le logement est décoré avec goût. TOUT est réuni pour passer un séjour très agréable et se créer de merveilleux souvenirs.

Séjour reposant et apaisant au milieu de la nature. Plage à proximité, environ 40 min à pied car la plus proche est pour les naturistes. Il y a tout ce qu'il faut pour passer un bon moment. Merci encore.

Séjour top dans ce logement pour le nouvel an ! Vue incroyable et bien situé à 20min du vieux centre de Biarritz et avec de nombreux petits commerces en bas. Sans compter le parking, très pratique.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette charmante maison basque, idéale pour des vacances en famille. La maison est spacieuse, bien équipée et chaque chambre dispose de sa propre salle de bain. L'environnement est très calme, parfait pour se détendre. La vue est magnifique et l'emplacement est parfait, proche de Saint-Jean-de-Luz, San Sebastian et des commodités. Merci à Marie-Hélène et son mari pour leur accueil chaleureux et leur disponibilité.

Présence pour un week end d'EVG. Nous avons été accueilli par Dominique, disponible, très réactive. La maison est parfaitement équipée, les chambres sont spacieuses et l'espace d'extérieur tres agréable. Je recommande.

The house worked well for us. We were a group of adults and kids. The kids found the (small) swimming pool enjoyable. There was space in the garden to run free. Also there was a grill which we didn’t try. The kitchen had everything you needed for basic holiday cooking. The location is quite good. Quiet area, supermarket is close by(by car). The beach is about 4km away. We had car, but the bike paths go everywhere so you can also move around with bike. There are some minuses. The house gets quite warm and there is no aircondition or fans. There is a noticable smell of mold. Some of the places need renovation but with kids it’s a good place since it’s not brand new… All in all, we enjoyed our stay and would consider coming back.

Nous avons passé une semaine fantastique dans cette location située au cœur du Pays basque. L’emplacement est idéal pour découvrir la région : entre mer et montagne, à proximité de magnifiques villages comme Espelette, Saint-Jean-Pied-de-Port ou encore les plages de Biarritz et Saint-Jean-de-Luz. Les hôtes étaient très accueillants, disponibles et de bon conseil pour les activités et restaurants aux alentours. Un grand merci à eux pour leur hospitalité ! Nous recommandons cette location sans hésiter et reviendrons avec plaisir. Le Pays basque est une région magnifique et pleine de charme.

Logement conforme à la description et propre. Instructions claires et boite à clés disponible pour une arrivée en autonomie. Situation dans une impasse, ce qui fait que c'est très calme. L'hôte est très réactive par sms et sympathique. Facile d'accès en voiture ou en transport en commun pour visiter les environs. Merci pour ce séjour et pour les cafés / gourmandises. 😊 Je recommande !

I cannot say enough about how much we enjoyed this home. Perfect for groups or families and the house had everything you could want to make you feel at home. The location is perfect if you plan to visit multiple French and Spanish cites. Very great location close to beaches and restaurants. We would definitely like to come again!

Super trevligt boende, perfekt om du reser med familjen och vill hänga vid poolen i några dagar och bara känna dig som hemma. Egen bil är att föredra om man vill åka till stranden eller äta ute på restaurang men huset är fullt utrustat för att laga mat hemma.

Après un accueil très chaleureux de Miren qui nous a parfaitement vanter sa région, nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans un environnement calme, très bien situé. Propreté impeccable, agencement optimisé, tout est fait pour que l'on se sente très bien.

¡¡¡Una casa fantastica!!!Albert y Helene muy atentos, resolviendo cualquier cosa al momento. A nuestra llegada nos recibieron con mermelada casera, un paté buenísimo y huevos de sus apreciadas gallinas que sorbieron a nuestro perrito... Recomiendo esta casa llena de historia con un entorno fabuloso, rodeada de pueblos con mucho encanto. La casa y el entorno es mucho mejor que las fotos. Sin duda repetiremos. Un cordial saludo.

Vi havde en rigtig fin familie ferie i Annie's bolig. Huset og byen ligger perfekt for vandreturer i området og korte dagsturer til f.eks. San Sebastian og til havet. Vi har nydt det rigtig meget.

Un séjour tout simplement parfait ! La villa est idéalement située à Capbreton : proche de la plage, des commerces, des pistes cyclables… tout est à portée de main. La maison est superbe, très bien entretenue et équipée avec absolument tout ce qu’il faut — on s’y sent comme chez soi dès l’arrivée. Mais ce qui a vraiment rendu notre séjour exceptionnel, c’est notre hôte : d’une gentillesse incroyable, toujours disponible et aux petits soins pour que tout se passe au mieux. Son accueil chaleureux a vraiment fait la différence. Nous recommandons cette villa les yeux fermés et espérons y revenir très bientôt !

We had a wonderful week at this lovely place, full of 70s charm. Everything has its own style — slightly dated, but very well maintained and in great condition. We stayed with four children under the age of two, and they truly had the time of their lives. The garden is a highlight, with both sunny and shady spots under beautiful old trees — perfect for little explorers. The pool was still a bit cool at this time of year, but ideal for a refreshing dip. We also brought a small baby pool, which worked perfectly for the toddlers. There’s a barbecue, and the location is fantastic: great for walks, stroller-friendly, and just a 15-minute walk to the beach with 2 nice beach restaurants. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would come back in a heartbeat.
