Relax at this fully restored 16th century gite in the heart of the 11 Ha estate, embellished with century-old oak trees. You will enjoy a soothing and serene setting 1 hour 15 minutes from Bordeaux and the ocean beaches of Hossegor, with many walking or cycling walks, 10 minutes from all amenities. Available: table tennis, trampoline, rackets, petanque, darts, foosball. Swimming pool only in July and August: saltwater, heated, secure, 12m x 6m, open from 12 p.m. to 8 p.m.

We offer a completely independent apartment, inside our wooded park. You have an entrance for your car and a private garden under the trees on one side and the other, a pretty terrace allows you to enjoy the serenity of the park and access the pool. The guest house "Le figuier du clos d'Emilion" adjoins our house, which has been completely renovated and tastefully furnished to offer all modern comforts. Our new cottage in the middle of the vineyards with sauna and private jacuzzi consists of a large living room with fully equipped kitchen (Nescafe coffee maker and pods provided), a sofa bed, a bathroom as well as a large bedroom with a 160×200 bed. A large terrace overlooking the vineyard is also accessible to guests. A bioclimatic pergola allows you to relax in the hot tub all year round. A barrel sauna is also available on the terrace.

In a 19th century house and its 5000 m2 park, renovated in 2020, enjoy an independent 90 m2 accommodation in a wing of the house, with its kitchen, bathroom, a 15 m2 master bedroom with double bed, an 11 m2 bedroom for children with 2 single beds (convertible into a 180 bed), its 30 m2 living room, and a private terrace.
