Apartment holiday rentals in Beachwood

Great location to be for a game... excellent option if you have a vehicle as parking can be hard to come by host responded in a timely manner and easy to communicate. Only hiccup that hopefully one day can change is how to access and leave the keys before and after stay overall highly recommend

Just a small note, some of this dishes were still a little dirty when I checked in.

A huge space perfect value for 2-3 couples/families visiting the University circle area - CWRU and Cleveland Clinic. Easy parking, clean, exactly as described. Plenty of comfy leather couches to relax. Beautiful old Arts and Crafts apartment building directly opposite the greenway. An excellent base for exploring the area - including the Lakefront Reservation, close to I90 for access to downtown. An easy walk to the gardens and museums. A quick drive to Little Italy for all the good eats!

The check in details were a little confusing, they had me open a separate browser and it was a little tricky to maneuver, as was finding the parking garage. Once everything was situated it was a very easy and relaxing stay. I loved the price, loved the location, we had a great time! It is the perfect space for two people coming for a concert, game, or quick weekend away! Thank you!

This was an iconic spot right in the heart of downtown Cleveland! The space was very cool, clean and perfect for a weekend getaway in my hometown!! Would stay again!

Great stay

We stayed for the Cleveland Browns game. The place is a close Uber ride to downtown and looks exactly like the photos. Yvonne was friendly, responsive and provided very detailed instructions prior to check in that made finding the loft and checking in super ready. Would absolutely stay her again.

We really enjoyed our stay here! Lots of nice cafes and breweries within walking distance as well.

This place is AWESOME! Great location & very safe. Great views. Newly remodeled and GORGEOUS!! Wonderful place with all the essentials you could want! Marisa is a WONDERFUL host. She worked hard to ensure we had a pleasant stay. Close to all events downtown so you can walk to everything so you don't have to deal with parking! We had a great stay (saw AC/DC) & if we come back, will definately look Marisa up!!

After being at the softball field all day long, it was a wonderful place that we could come back and relax. It was a great value for the price, and easy to access with our crazy softball hours.

The location was perfectly situated in an upscale area of downtown, within walking distance to nice restaurants, the casino, and Guardians ball field and Rock and Roll hall of fame. The unit itself was clean and nicely decorated with large windows with a view over the city. Would definitely book again.

Oludahuns house was just as described. It was very clean and decorated beautifully. A large TV in the living room and a tv in each bedroom. We’re planning our next trip already. I highly recommend this house 😊

We enjoyed our stay

Great location. Close to literally everything. Food, entertainment, highway. Very clean and very affordable. 100% would go there again.

Check in was easy as long as you follow the directions that were provided. They even let me check in a couple hours early, which was helpful because I had bags that I needed to leave somewhere. Place was very clean and nice. Very quiet my whole stay there. Great location because I was there to go to Progressive Field and this was easily walkable. Also walked to Cleveland sign and Rock and Roll HOF very easily. CVS and grocery store very close to place as well, which came in handy. Would recommend to anyone going to Cleveland, and if I ever make my way back I will be looking into staying here again!

A lovely gem of a place. Tina is a great host and I had a blast staying in her home. The location has a lovely view of Lake Erie. There’s a trail along the water and a pier. I woke up listening to the calming sounds of waves which is a delight for me. Tina’s home is clean and she has a fully stocked kitchen and fresh linens. Tina made sure I felt right at home and I am planning to come back and stay here again.

Great location in downtown Cleveland, nice new building, and very modern and clean.

Suriya was a wonderful host. She made sure that the house was in great condition and works very hard to keep it that way. She made an effort consistently to make sure that I had everything that I needed. She made accommodations for me when things in the house were not available, and she went above and beyond to leave nice little surprises throughout my stay. I would definitely recommend staying here if you are looking for a comfortable stay in a fantastic area. My summer up in Cleveland would not have been as good if I was not staying here.
