Also close proximity to beach. This property is waterfront on Sabine lake with a 400 ft private pier, great fishing, a good place to tie up your boat. Night fish on the pier under the many lights and don't forget the awesome views. Occupants do live upstairs and share the outside areas on occasion.

Perfect home for active families in historic neighborhood. Outdoor entertaining space is perfect for kids and adults including a pool, play-set, outdoor kitchen, dining, living, TV, Tiki hut, swings and hammocks! Can accommodate two families. Case Bonita is a 2 bedroom, 21/2 bath pool house located on 51/2 acres in the middle of town. It is gated and surrounded by 100 year old oak trees, magnolias, and blooming plants. You will have access to the shared yard and pool. There is a fire pit, seating, and lounge chairs around the pool. Only registered guest have use of the property-no parties, weddings, gatherings, smoking, drugs, or pets. Please be considerate of others on the property. We welcome extended stays.
