Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Beckenried

The place is better than the photos! The apartment is in midst of a valley, Very peaceful and has beautiful surroundings. Sophia is very proactive in her communication and welcomed us with a beautiful message. Apartment was large enough to accommodate the 6 of us. It is beautifully decorated and has all the required amenities. Kitchen has also been thoughtfully stocked with all things required for a comfortable stay. Please note - this place is a little far from from the main train grid it is connected through a 20 min bus ride which runs every hour from morning till late night. We didn’t have any problem with this and the buses run on time.

We had a very nice stay. The place was easy to find and as described. We felt very comfortable, Reto was easily accessible and helped with all questions. Gladly again :)

Very close to the train station and the cogswheel train to Pilatus was right down the road. Less than a 10 minute walk! Very convenient for our short stay here. Thanks again!

Nothing short of amazing! It was an absolute delight to stay at Steffi’s place for our 2nd year anniversary celebration and we were greeted by not just a friendly and cheerful host personally at the door but probably the most stunning view of any Airbnb we’ve stayed in! Steffi herself to the time to meet us, give us some very nice tips which added that much more to our experience of the area. The apartment was clean and everything was catered to so you had the feeling you were pampered all the time. Even though there is a bus connection, we were fortunate to be able to get there by car which made the place very accessible to us and helped us visit Bern and other cities quite easily. Although, a great hike is only a stone’s throw away with some wonderful trails already starting as you step out the door. We would give Steffi more than 5 stars if we could and would be more than happy to recommend her place! :)

Great little apartment with great views of lake Luzern and all the amenities you need

Hilde and Peter were great hosts. The house is exactly as you see it. It was so clean! Spotlessly clean. The beds were very comfortable and the shower was amazing after some long days of hiking. It’s in a great location for adventures through central Switzerland. We drove 6 mins to Sarnen, parked our vehicle at the train station and took the train to Lucerne. Don’t forget your coins as many car spots don’t accept credit cards. We did the golden round trip to Mt Pilatus. Amazing. Get there early and book tickets in advance! The following day we did Stoos Ridge. Unbelievable hiking. About 3-4 hours depending on your level. Must take water and snacks!!! We also did SoleUno Spa in Basel. A bit of a distance but for us worth it as we spent 4 hours there.

Truly Unforgettable Stay with Martin & Ursula in Beautiful Spiez! From the moment we arrived, Martin and Ursula made us feel like old friends welcomed back into a beloved home. Their warm hospitality, attention to detail, and genuine care turned our stay in Spiez into one of the best travel experiences we’ve ever had. Their home is nestled in a quiet, charming neighborhood just a few minutes’ walk from Spiez’s lakefront, village center, restaurants, and train station. You get easy access to both peaceful relaxation and local culture. most importantly we went there with a 2 year baby and they arranged everything for him. even Ursula dropped us to station seeing our problem with luggage and baby while Martin was hospitalized for something. In short: if you want a stay that blends impeccable hospitality, cozy charm, and genuine Swiss warmth, book with Martin and Ursula as soon as you can! Their home became a highlight of our European travels, and we hope to return soon. thanks a lot

The house was huge and had everything we needed. A nice touch was the rice cooker which is hard to come by. Will definitely visit again if I’m in the area. This is the most value for money house that we rented in Switzerland. Giuseppe was always responsive and this is important especially if guests are already in the house and needed help.

Stayed for a week in May with our 3 teenage kids, the whole family enjoyed the breathtaking views, the traditional Swiss feel, lots of local adventures We will all miss the sounds of the cow bells 😍 already planning a winter trip back, Nicole was a wonderful host and we couldn’t have wished for more

Spectacular location and a house that matches.. we had a lovely time, very well designed and built house, takes fully advantage of the beautiful scenery out side, highly recommended.. PS.. this applies for only during May-June ‘25 as the road in front of the house is getting repaired, it is important to note that there is only walking access to the house. This means that guests will need to carry their luggage for certain sections of the route from the parking lot.. just to provide clarity there is no option to drag your wheeled luggage to the house, it will need to be carried. Just wanted to provide this clarity as I thought this was assumed by us.. although the host had communicated to use about the access but this aspect was not clarified.

I just experienced the best three nights of staying at an Airbnb. I would like to begin with how Andrea helped me plan my itinerary in Switzerland without even booking her place. She was so helpful in chalking out my plan, ways to get there, local recommendations, etc. Her house is magnificent, so tasteful. Her house feels like an ultra luxury stay with most amenities one might need. My kids were so happy with the toys, books play station at her place. The location of her place makes an excellent base to explore lot of neighbouring area in central Switzerland. She recommended some great local attractions which were a delight to visit. Her house is so serene located right next to an open field. I really enjoyed stargazing sitting outdoors sipping some lovely wine. I would rate this stay a 1000/10. I would choose to stay here over any five or seven star property. Her place is not just a stay but an Airbnb experience in itself. Will stay here again for sure.

This place was beautiful! It’s such a peaceful spot with amazing views of the lake and quite accessible to lots to do (assuming you have a car). Everything was very clean and it felt brand new. The amenities were great, there was even a washer/dryer! Everything is automated - lights, AC, blinds. For Europe, having AC in the summer is a must and was really important to us, so we were glad that it worked seamlessly. Riad was also a great host, communicated very well and responded promptly.

My family and I enjoyed our stay here. Stephen was very responsive and was quick to help us with a family emergency that we had. The accomodations of the home was exactly as desribed. The washer, dryer and all of the amenities were easy to use. We enjoyed how quiet the neighborhood was while still being close to restaurants and grocery stores nearby. The beds were very comfortable. Highly recommend this place. Stephen was an excellent host.

Our family had a great stay at Tina’s place. The home was clean, well-maintained, and felt very safe. All the necessary amenities were provided, including fresh towels, clean bed sheets, and linens. My daughter especially loved the cozy bunk bed—it was a big hit! We would definitely recommend Tina’s place to anyone who doesn’t mind a short bus ride from the main station.

Our stay at Chalet Emmely was truly exceptional, and three things in particular made it unforgettable: First, the host. Anita is a fantastic host—warm, welcoming, and incredibly professional. She greeted us upon arrival and took the time to walk us through the property, explaining everything we needed to know. Her kindness and attention to detail made us feel instantly at home. Second, the accommodations. The suite is spotless, beautifully decorated, and equipped with everything you could possibly need for a comfortable stay. The kitchen is fully stocked, and all the amenities are modern and high quality. It’s clear a lot of care has gone into creating a cozy and functional space. Third, the location. Chalet Emmely offers breathtaking views of Grindelwald and the surrounding mountains. It’s private and peaceful, yet close enough to the town center for shopping, or catching public transport. Chalet Emmely is a 10/10 in every way, and we can’t recommend it highly enough.

Our stay was great! Doris is very nice and responds quickly. The accommodation has a quiet location with a beautiful mountain panorama and is very nice despite its size.

Beautiful apartment located right on the water. This was an amazing experience for my family. Had everything we needed and the beds were very comfy! We had an amazing time! Kitchen had everything we needed to cook. Amazing views and excellent location.

Loved this condo. It was spotless, easy to find and the location was excellent. It was not in the middle of town with the crowds, yet easily walkable. Loved the peace and quiet and the views were amazing. A view of Staubbach falls right in front of the kitchen windows and at night the falls are lit up and look magical. The snow capped Mountain View’s of Breithorn mountain from the deck and literally from the sofa as you are watching tv, were awe inspiring. Comfy furniture and bed and a well equipped kitchen. Lisa was great with recommendations and super responsive.

Location, location, location!! Clean, easy to come and go within the town. Remi was very responsive and provided lots of local suggestions.

The apt is on the third floor with amazing views from the back deck. We could walk to the gondola to Grindelwald First and Pfingstegg. We chose to walk the almost two miles to get to Grindelwald Terminal to take the gondolas to both Mannlichen and to Jungfraujoch. Such a convenient location! Great restaurants across the street. My daughter had a situation where she suffered a minor burn from hot food being spilled on her. : ( Kim was very responsive and helpful in this situation! Apt was spacious and clean. We would go back. Thank you Kim!
