Great place! We just finished our week-long stay yesterday - the best recommendation is that we immediately book another week-long stay. A place worth sinning :)

It‘s a really nice house and we had a wonderful stay. We were 9 people and had enough space. There are five bedrooms, three bathrooms one living room, kitchen and big terrace. See you again!

We stayed in the lovingly and well-equipped house for the second time. The hosts are extremely nice and helpful. The house is well equipped with hiking maps and tourist literature for the area. Although it does not have heating, we were provided with a fan heater, so it was pleasantly warm despite cool weather. We left a small donation for the additional electricity consumption without asking. At the house there is a small protected garden with terrace and barbecue. The vacation home is located on a barely used access road, so that children can play there. We will be happy to come back.

There were 7 of us in the accommodation for a few days to hike and relax there. The house is great! As a smart home, you can control a lot with the tablet - but as is the case with technology, it doesn't always work smoothly. Beds are comfortable, showers are large, sauna and whirlpool are also suitable for relaxing. In the large garden, you can also relax and/or play games. The only criticism is that the pans should be replaced, as the coatings have already been used quite a bit. Thanks for the great stay.

Our stay was very calm and relaxing. The house is very private and it contains all that you might need for a comfortable stay. The entire house was very clean and the beds comfortable to sleep in. There are shops nearby and nature behind every corner. Very much recommended!

An amazing location. Beautiful house. Very well maintained surroundings. The drive up to the house is well paved and easy to get to. Check-in was easy. Magda dropped by to welcome us and have us some tips. The house was spotless clean. There are a few hiking trails. But the view from the living room window is just amazing. Can sit there all day and just take in the sights. Highly recommend the place.

Our youngest was in seventh heaven during our stay and now always asks in every other accommodation where the playroom is. The house leaves nothing to be desired and is lovingly furnished. We also enjoyed the fantastic garden and outdoor area with pool, cozy seating area and children's playground. We lacked nothing. Supermarkets and excursion destinations in the vicinity were quickly reached by car. We will be happy to come back.

Communication was very good, lots of useful notes about the house. We felt very comfortable in the accommodation, everything necessary was available, cozy, we had a great time. We'd love to come back!

We appreciated the projector the most – we enjoyed a movie night with friends thanks to the bad weather. Also, it's great that there was a sauna, a pool, a cooling barrel, a patio, and a grill. The atmosphere was very pleasant. It's just a pity that the pool isn't heated-it would be very pleased in the colder weather. We were also surprised that the sauna was not included in the price of the stay and is paid separately. Maybe it would be better to just count this amount into the price. However the sauna was clean and very pleasant. Everything was fine and comfortable inside the cabin. We only noticed a minor inconvenience with a dish sponge (there was hair on it) and damp towels that wet the sheets. But we sorted these things out and the overall impression didn't significantly spoil it. Overall, I give 8 out of 10. I recommend for a quiet stay in the outdoors – perfect for a group of friends. We were happy.

Perfect location to visit the stunningly beautiful Prachov Rocks

We spent an unforgettable time in the yurt and are still very enthusiastic. The surroundings were wonderfully quiet - just the thing to escape everyday life and simply switch off. You can only hear nature, no roads, no disturbing noises – pure relaxation. The entire complex is very well maintained, from the lovingly designed outdoor area to the small details around the yurt. You immediately notice that they work here with a lot of heart and care. The yurt itself was spotlessly clean - that impressed us in particular. Everything you need was available, and the atmosphere was warm and cozy. You feel immediately welcome and comfortable. A real highlight was the spa area. The combination of wellness, nature and tranquility overwhelmed us. A very big thank you also to Anna and Pawel - you were always quick to reach, helpful and warm. This made our stay even more enjoyable! ❤️

EXQUISITE new apartment in a BREATHTAKING location, short 20 minute drive to Karpacz mountains for hiking and 5 minute drive to thermal pool. The apartment is very spacious in all the rooms. The view is absolutely stunning from the windows, the neighborhood is peaceful. FANTASTIC features including secure parking, 600 mbps wifi, Smart TV, patio with kitchen access, electric blinds, washing machine, and an inviting shower. Comfortable furniture & mattress, apartment has everything we needed, lots of storage. The pool and sauna was closed during our visit, but are available right beside the unit when open. It was a splendid place to relax and escape, we had lots to do and see in the nearby areas. For curiosity I will share, there may be a GHOST that lives here, because we had a comb disappear, we searched and couldn't find it anywhere, and it reappeared in a very visible area 3 days later, there's NO WAY we could have missed it in our search. Ghost or a timeline glitch.

great we have enjoyed the only thing we missed is a sofa where you can relax in the evening that really should be in the kitchen at the dining table with corner sofa not bad but at some point it's not really nice but again that is only rest ia fantastic thanks for the super nice time

Very beautiful neighborhood. Ladislav responded quickly and factually to all questions. He also allowed us to leave the house 2 hours later, which gave us the extra bike tour on the day of checkout. I recommend this place for people with children for hiking and biking. We'd love to come again.

Very nice, cozy place to stay. Very welcoming hosts. Everything was perfectly prepared, instructions on how to get in, everywhere clean, warm, fire in the stove, wood, kindling. Beautiful, very private location of the house in a quiet place in the middle of the town. We couldn't find it for a while, but the owners were on the phone and very helpful. We definitely recommend it!

Great cozy place to stay! A close walk to various restaurants and a coffee shop, and we loved it. Would recommend!

We had the most beautiful time. It’s such a lovely, carefully done place and one can see P and her husband are putting in a lot of love into the place. The appartment faces a a big green valley and we sighted many deers and birds 🦅 Was calm and peaceful and we would come again!

We were able to spend a long weekend in Martina's beautiful house. We had a lot of rain but the house was so cosy that we were still able to enjoy the time. It was simply marvellous. Martina is also a super friendly and polite owner who helped us quickly and easily with any questions we had. Thank you so much! We will come back for sure.

Beautifully located on the upper outskirts, spacious property with a pretty house. A wonderful retreat with great views. We immediately felt at home and were able to enjoy the incredibly beautiful surroundings. Possibilities for shopping and eating - we especially recommend the small private brewery - within walking distance, although uphill due to the location and much easier by car. A real stroke of luck.

We spent a cold week in the cottage in May. For us, it was the perfect place to relax: from the couch a view of the greenery, when we opened the window, the singing of birds, and sometimes we could spot deer walking on the plot. The neighborhood is perfect for walking, a few steps away is a large meadow overlooking the mountains, and you can take a trip to the lesser-known trails of the Jizera Mountains. We didn't miss anything in the cottage, the stove provided warmth on cold evenings, and despite a small area, it turned out to be exceptionally functional. We recommend it especially for nature lovers and looking for a vacation in peace and quiet!

We went to this place for a long weekend. The apartment is beautiful clean with a beautiful view and a great location. No issues, the owner responded quickly. I'm sure we'd love to come back someday☺️

A wonderful house, we were 4 adults, a dog and a toddler and had a great time. The view is beautiful and you can hike directly from the house. Surroundings is quiet and the property offers plenty of space to play. Highly recommended, we will be happy to come back!
