Monthly Rentals in Bedworth

Our stay here has been fantastic. I say this in a positive way: the house feels like a normal everyday family home, and it is therefore very easy to feel right at home instantly. The house was immaculately clean, and had everything we needed. The WiFi is very good, and was perfect for working from home. The beds are super comfortable, and the showers, nice and hot! Richard is a fantastic host and worked with us when we had specific requests, including check-in / check-out times & dates. We wouldn't hesitate to stay again. Thank you Richard

We were in Nuneaton for a conference held about 10-15 minutes away at the Heart of England Conference Center. We made long days and only used the BnB for sleeping and showering, but if this were a leasure trip it would have been fine to use it as a homebase where we'd also eat and spend time. The house is very tidy and feels cozy. I am quite picky about the feel of a matrass or the height of a pillow, but I had no issue with the bed I had. One of my companions did mention feeling the springs of the matrass but I don't think it was that big an issue. If I ever have to be in the same area again, I would definitely check for availability of this place first. I would actually be disappointed if I were to find out that someone else already booked it.

The Shed, was a wonderful little place. Once we'd found the driveway, locating was easy. everything was as described, with Sawyer present when we arrived. He showed us around, my grandson was well impressed with the TV in the bed. The locating was spot on, nice and quite after a day's racing at mallory Park, and Sawyer even clear space in the shed for the motorbike. will definitely be using again.

We stayed at James's property for a family celebration at the beginning of June. I was extremely pleased to find this wonderful property so close to family as we live several hours away. Before our stay, communication with James and his mum was fantastic. Both responded quickly to all questions and provided such clear instructions, the majority of my questions were answered before I had to ask. Upon arrival, we found a lovely house with the most amazing garden on a quiet street. The house was pristine, well maintained and filled with lots of little touches that made this property stand out - our favourites were the tea and coffee station and the "disco lights" as our son nicknamed them in the bathroom. It felt like a home away from home with an added touch of luxury. We would definitely look to stay in this property again for future family occasions. I have also recommended the property to other out of town family members.
