The flat is comfortably furnished and suitable for 2 plus 2 and a well behaved dog! A double bed in the bedroom and a sofa bed in the lounge/diner for additional sleeping. This cottage is right in the heart of Beer. You step out the front door and it’s a two minute walk past the shops, cafes and galleries to the beautiful horse shoe shaped bay. The pebbled beach has three cafes overlooking the water, perfect for a cup of tea or full English while watching the fishing boats landing their catch. Beer has a lovely selection of pubs, restaurants and shops. There are plenty of coastal path or countryside walks. Branscombe, Sidmouth and Lyme Regis are nearby.
