La Perla Holiday in Bellagio is an independent unit WITHOUT A KITCHEN in a newly built villa. It is located on the ground floor and has free private parking and a small garden. It is far from traffic but a short distance from the center and the lake. The nearest beach is a 6-minute walk away, and a convenience store, bar, restaurant, swimming pool, post office, police station, pharmacy, doctors, and bus stops are a 3-minute walk away. The pier and the lakeside promenade of the village are a 15-20 minute walk away.
