Great place. Close to both Paris and Disneyland.

You may be put off by the price, but don't be. Compared to a luxury hotel, this is much better. Exceptional in every way! I can really recommend this for a romantic and relaxing stay.

It was a pleasure to stay at Josefa's beautiful home- the perfect retreat to come home to after a long day exploring the sights of Paris! We loved staying in Montreuil - being from London it was comforting to us that we stayed in a multiculturally diverse neighbourhood. We felt safe throughout our time here. The house is well insulated from noise and the air conditioning kept us constantly comfortable whenever we needed it. Our family had a wonderful time here- and we created lasting memories and bonds. We hope to be back in the near future! Thank you Josefa!

Fantastic place with everything you need! Really an oasis a good distance from the city. In order to recover from the busy city, this is highly recommended The pool and garden is lovely and the house is cozy and has everything you need. Beautifully located on the outskirts of the forest.

This was a fabulous house to stay in. For our family of 5 there was plenty of indoor and oudoor space. The salt water pool was delightful, as was the whole garden with plenty of seating and relaxing areas. The children loved the trampoline and petanque. The house is in a superb location. We had many walks and bike rides along the beautiful river. There was plenty to do locally - we went bowling, mini golf, kayaking, to the football and Le Trot. The area was peaceful and very safe. We did a few trips into Paris which took about 30 minutes from the house. Stephanie was incredibly helpful and informative. We could not have had a better holiday, thanks to this lovely house and hosts.

As the owner of the house, Sophia is very hospitable.She gave us clear instructions on how to get to the station. She was always there if we needed anything. We had a wonderful vacation in Paris thanks to her lovely house and pool. The city center is 3 stops from her house and it's easy to get there. We are very satisfied and happy that we were lucky enough to stay there. The turtles and the sweet cat visited us regularly, so we felt at home.Thank you Sophia ☺️

The place is lovely and exactly as described! Ideal for slightly larger groups as there is plenty of space. Beds are also very comfortable and large! The decor is unique, very, very chic! We felt very comfortable and thank you for the nice stay at Pascal's. We would be happy to come back to your accommodation when we are back in France :)

The houseboat is superb, the rooms are very comfortable. Perfect for a group of 10. Thank you for the welcome.

Perfect place to enjoy Paris while being in a quiet area

Thomas was a great host, very accommodating and friendly. I briefly met Fanny who was also lovely! Really nice place to stay, peaceful. Some good restaurants nearby. Very comfy bed. Had a great stay.

Cozy, safe, very close to Sevran-Livry RER line. Our home was spotless, charming and just right for me and my adult son and daughter.

Stunning apartment and garden, located on a very pretty street in a great area. The apartment had everything, with beautiful furniture and furnishings and very well equipped. The garden was a lovely peaceful spot to relax in. Julien was very friendly, polite and helpful and great to communicate with. Would definitely return to the apartment, it was fantastic! Julie’s place is amazing - thought out, very comfortable, very clean, nicely designed and really, really quiet. The bedding is very comfortable, the shower is very strong, warm and clean. The place is a bit away from the center but that’s the price you pay if you want to be in a peaceful place with a garden, which was always very nice to get back to after walks in the center. Julie was always very helpful, friendly and responsive. We would stay in this place again with great pleasure!

We had a pleasant family stay,well hosted by Clément ,a place that matched the description pleasant,clean ,safe and quiet.Clement responded quickly to our various requests , real plus it's the parking space the proximity to the shops of the metro. It is rare to find such a quiet accommodation in Paris… In an unspoiled environment, a small green setting that we greatly appreciated! I have no negative comments to give: everything was perfect, very good bedding, tidy, tastefully decorated... it feels like home! And what a pleasure to sunbathe in the small garden ... I would highly recommend it! See you soon without any doubts!!!

Really great accommodation at Alexandre's, it's a very nice little house in a very quiet neighborhood, and when you want to go to the center of Paris you're there in 20 minutes! I highly recommend it!

They were great hosts, always responding very quickly. The place was just as described and super affordable for something within 20 minutes from downtown Paris. Everything was clean and easy to use. They even provided not only towels but also basic hygiene products and water bottles. I will definitely consider having them as hosts again next time I visit Paris.

Very well located accommodation outside of Paris. The RER station can be reached in 15 minutes and you are in the heart of the city after a 20-minute drive. Communication with the host is quick and uncomplicated, the accommodation (especially the kitchen) is very well equipped and the bathroom is modern. For Paris stays, where you want to leave the car without having to look for expensive guarded places, the accommodation is perfect.

We absolutely loved our three nights in Damien’s house! It’s so beautiful, full of gorgeous art and objects. The neighbourhood is also lovely. And it’s such a comfortable and well-appointed place to stay - we’d recommend it to anyone.

Thoroughly enjoyed staying in this spacious home. Felt very safe and everything was within a 5 minute walk.

Very comfortable & well-appointed space. The bedroom & bathroom are slightly seperated from the living room which was useful. Just across the street from the Bois de Vincennes which is a very large park with lakes, rowboats, islands, restaurants, a horse-track & much more. There is also a cute local park on the other side. A short walk to a main street with restaurants etc , and just bit further to the metro. It's not quite Paris but has good access to Paris. There are buses that go into Paris even closer than the metro. Virginie, her husband & their incredibly cute dog, Purple, are very welcoming & thoughtful, helped us carry our suitcases up the stairs. (It's not handicap accesible). All in all, we had a very pleasant stay.

We spent three nights at Anne's place and loved the experience. Literally cannot think of a single complaint. The house was built in 1905 and it's clear that Anne has taken really good care of the place. Comfortable bedrooms and lots of spaces to hang out. The garden was beautiful. We would definitely return if we ever make it back to Paris!

Jessica’s place was beautiful, close to the train station and restaurants.

We really enjoyed our stay here! The space was very nice and clean, and we had everything we needed for our extended family of ten. It was the perfect location to explore Paris - just a short walk from Gare du Nord and the Metro. Communication from the host was always prompt and friendly. We would stay here again!
