Located close to Canal Saint-Martin, Place de la République and Le Marais, the neighborhood is full of restaurants, hipster shops and nightlife, all close to metro lines that will allow you to explore the city. 3 minute walk to the Republique metro station and its many lines serving Paris.

It includes 4 beds: 1 double bed (160 x 200 cm) on a mezzanine overlooking the living room (low ceiling height, see photo), and 2 armchairs on the ground floor in the living room. Quiet but in the heart of a shopping and very lively area. Ideal starting point to visit Paris or to work. Bed linen and towels provided.

Small haven of peace, refurbished, fully equipped, on a shopping street surrounded by cozy bars and close to the Parmentier (3) Rue Saint Maur (3) and Ménilmontant (2) metro stations. Not open to rentals with children or teenagers because of a staircase without a railing.
