It can accommodate up to 4 people (sofa bed in the living room). The apartment is very well served - 3 min walk to line 11, 10 min walk to line 2. Shops and restaurants nearby. NB: a small short-haired dachshund usually lives with me.

Loft with view located between Belleville and Jourdain, two of the coolest neighborhoods in Paris! The Metro is at the foot of the house (République in 10 minutes, Châtelet in 15 minutes). République can also be reached in 15 minutes on foot. The apartment is relaxing, bright and cozy. I am very lucky to live there and would be happy to share this place.
