Super verblijf gehad in het appartement van Victor. Op een leuke en centrale plek in Parijs. We hebben vrienden opgezocht die in Montmartre wonen, maar ook andere delen van Parijs verkend. Victor is een erg behulpzame host en deelt allerlei handige informatie vooraf. Instructies voor ophalen sleutel en binnenkomen appartement ook erg duidelijk. Daarnaast is Victor super vriendelijk. Wij zouden het iedereen aanbevelen!

A really great spot to conveniently walk to all the big sites! It was fun to be a short distance from the Seine and so many iconic spots. Our place felt comfortable and safe and we could see the top of the Eiffel Tower from our balcony. Our hosts were friendly and very helpful and supported us while we were in town. We highly recommend!

Great apartment conveniently located in the 7eme with plenty of good food options and transport. Thanks Julien - a great stay and we recommend it as a great spot for a Paris visit.

The Cezanne apartment was lovely - the decor is beautiful and the hosts have thought of everything to make guests feel comfortable and well taken care of - highly recommend.

Clémence is a wonderful host and I felt privileged to stay in her beautiful flat in my favourite quarter of Paris. It’s in the perfect location, in a peaceful building. The experience was quintessentially Parisian and I cannot recommend it enough.

Cool place with character! It’s a residential area about a 10 min walk to Pyrenees metro stop. From there you can get to the main attractions in like 20 mins. Bakeries, restaurants, and small grocery stores nearby. Belleville park is also nearby and you can see the Eiffel Tower from there. Word of caution, the stairs inside are steep so just be careful if your mobility isn’t the best. Would definitely stay again!

This is the most charming Airbnb. My friend and I absolutely adored our stay there. Lucy was so kind and offered loads of recommendations and tips. Super cute and pretty close to the metro!

The townhome was perfect for my family of four. We could all spread out on the three levels. The place was very clean and comfortable. We enjoyed eating at restaurants a short walk from the townhome. There are grocery stores nearby as well. We took the metro all over Paris and had a very enjoyable trip! The host was super communicative and allowed us to leave our bags there before checkin. We are very happy with our choice and would stay there again. Merci !!

Stunning apartment and garden, located on a very pretty street in a great area. The apartment had everything, with beautiful furniture and furnishings and very well equipped. The garden was a lovely peaceful spot to relax in. Julien was very friendly, polite and helpful and great to communicate with. Would definitely return to the apartment, it was fantastic! Quartier très agréable et très animé en soirée : tout est accessible à pied. La place de parking privative est un vrai plus. L’appartement est en tout point conforme aux photos et à la description : 1 chambre double au RDC plus une SDB et un chambre d’enfants; à l’étage grand salon lumineux avec cuisine très bien équipée + suite parentale avec douche. Seul léger bémol : les chambres ne disposant pas de volets, les rideaux n’occultent qu’à 80% la lumière du jour où des voisins d’en face (qui doivent être insomniaques; mdr); mais rien de très grave et c’est largement compensé par la qualité de la literie et du logement dans son ensemble ! En bref nous recommandons et nous reviendrons ! Un grand merci à Daphné qui nous a permis, lors de notre arrivée, de récupérer le logement 2h avant l’horaire prévu (ce qui nous a permis une petite visite au musée Grévin tout proche)

We spent three nights at Anne's place and loved the experience. Literally cannot think of a single complaint. The house was built in 1905 and it's clear that Anne has taken really good care of the place. Comfortable bedrooms and lots of spaces to hang out. The garden was beautiful. We would definitely return if we ever make it back to Paris!

Seemless experience,the house was extremely clean and very well furnished in a way were me and my family were comfortable in the home.We liked very much the private parking for our car which was perfect for us.The house was fully equipped and really fulfilled all of our needs.Our host Fatiha was very engaging and helpful and we didn’t find any difficulties in the check in or check out.The perfect place to stay when in France.

Lovely quirky small house right in the centre of Paris with great transport links and walking distance to lots of the attractions too. The house was perfect for our needs as a family of 5 (2 adults and 3 children.) We loved the style and even though in central Paris it felt like a very quiet and safe space. The host was always very responsive to messages, sent clear directions and instructions for entry. We were very grateful to be allowed an earlier check in and later check out time. Thank you very much for a brilliant stay!

Pierre was an incredible host! The private Villa was inside a gated historic community. You immediately feel safe and are in awe, of the cozy space. Inside the sixth District, which was close to everything we wanted to see while visiting Paris the Metro was only a six minute walk, restaurants and cafés abundantly located nearby. Pierre went the extra mile to allow us early entrance and had us picked up from the airport. I would recommend this beautiful space to anyone I know. Pierre was readily available to answer. All questions in his hospitality was top notch.. Thank you for letting us visit. We look forward to future stays. Merci Beaucoup.

Ein wundervoller Aufenthalt – absolut empfehlenswert! Wir hatten einen großartigen Aufenthalt in dieser Unterkunft in der Nähe von Paris! Die Wohnung war makellos sauber, liebevoll eingerichtet und perfekt ausgestattet – es hat uns wirklich an nichts gefehlt. Die Lage ist ideal: ruhig, aber trotzdem sehr gut angebunden. Mit der Bahn ist man in ca. 20–30 Minuten im Herzen von Paris. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir die Gastfreundschaft und Hilfsbereitschaft der Gastgeberin/des Gastgebers. Die Kommunikation war unkompliziert, herzlich und schnell – schon im Vorfeld wurden alle unsere Fragen beantwortet. Nach einem erlebnisreichen Tag in der Stadt war es wunderbar, abends in diese gemütliche und ruhige Unterkunft zurückzukehren. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen und können den Aufenthalt uneingeschränkt weit

Olivier is a great host. Always responsive and proactive with checkin/checkout. The place matches what is listed. The 11th was a great neighbor and felt very local with many restaurants near the place. Highly recommend

The location is very convenient — the metro is right under the building. All the necessary shops, cafes, and restaurants are nearby. The Eiffel Tower is about a 20–25 minute walk away. The kitchen, bathroom, and rooms were clean, with all the necessary amenities and even more. Wi-Fi worked perfectly, and there’s a fan in case it gets hot — and it was hot! The host was incredibly responsive — we communicated in broken English, but still managed to understand each other and sort everything out. Check-in was easy, everything works with access codes, super simple. The place matches the description and is definitely worth the price!

Que dire de cet emplacement… INCROYABLE!!! C’est encore plus beau en vrai! J’étais un peu craintive vu que je voyageais en solo mais pas du tout; super sécuritaire comme endroit! Et Kazumi, ben on voudrait tous l’avoir dans notre famille! Elle m’a même offert des petits gâteaux au départ 🥰 Je recommande fortement cet endroit. J’espère y retourner un jour! Merci!!!

Asunto oli hieno, tilava ja rauhallinen. Se vastasi kuvausta. Majoituimme viikon, joten oli hienoa, kun saimme nukuttua hyvin. Metrolla pääsi hyvin kulkemaan ja lähellä oli tarvittavat kaupat ruokaostosten tekemiseen. Francois oli oikein ystävällinen ja auttavainen. Voisimme yöpyä uudelleen.

Nice place and host was very helpful

Siam and Morgane were great hosts, since we arrived in the city early they were accommodating, letting us drop our bags off early before check in. The place was nice, beds pretty comfy. It had everything that we needed for a short stay. And was super nice that it had two bedrooms! Note: it was very hot in Paris (30+) so the flat was quite warm, especially at night. They kindly provided cooling machines that did help! Good to know: while the location is well connected, very close to the metro - it’s also not the nicest area near the station either. The flat itself is in a court yard and set back from the street so luckily it was not noisy!

Valerie is a wonderful host. She personally checked us in and helped us settle in the apartment. We arrived a bit early and she was kind enough to allow early check in. On checkout she even offered to keep our bags if we needed to leave them for a couple of days since we were heading to Nice. The apartment is as shown in the pictures. Adequate for 2 adults and 2 kids. The location was quiet and safe. Metro and buses were <10 mins walk. Gambetta is almost at the end of metro line 3, so budget a little bit extra time to hit the main tourist attractions. Overall I would recommend the place for a small family for 2-3 days.

The location was so perfect. Beautiful view of the Effiel tower. Close to the metro, easy access for taxis and a bus stop out front. However the home is also walkable to many key points in the city as well. The home decor is so chic and the space comes equipped with all you need to be comfortable. The beds are comfy. The shower is hot ….or cold if that’s your vibe. Having a washing machine was excellent. The refrigerator allowed us to savor leftovers as desired. There is plenty of space to unpack and store your clothes and luggage in the master closet. The towels were thick and comforting especially when we used the heating rack (for towels) Nicolas gave many recommendations which were appreciated. I loved the coffee shop one door down and had a cappuccino daily! Remember your magnetic key fob! Your arrival entry instructions are slightly different than the next day entry instructions. We had a lovely time. Nicolas, thank you for a beautiful stay and the champagne
