Holiday rentals with a patio in Bellinzona

Wir haben uns in der Wohnung von Matina sehr wohlgefühlt. Die Lage ist perfekt für Spaziergänge und Baden an der Maggia oder Melazza - was auch unserem Hund gut gefallen hat. Gerne wieder!

Great place in Perledo. Close to market and bus station. 7 min drive to Varena. Very fast communication and clear guide.

Abbiamo trascorso un soggiorno meraviglioso in questa casa a Minusio! La posizione è davvero ottimale: tranquilla, ma vicina a tutto il necessario. Il vero punto forte è il balcone: spazioso, arredato con gusto e con una vista spettacolare sul Lago Maggiore – ogni tramonto era un vero spettacolo! La casa è accogliente, pulita e ben attrezzata, perfetta sia per rilassarsi che per esplorare la zona. Il host è stato super disponibile, sempre pronto a rispondere alle nostre domande e a darci consigli utili per godere al meglio della vacanza. Consigliatissima per chi cerca comfort, bellezza e tranquillità con una vista da sogno!

Wir waren für einen Aktivurlaub in Claras stilvoller Unterkunft untergebracht. Für uns war die Lage in Osogna ideal; das Apartment ist einfach zu finden und der Dorfplatz, an dem es gelegen ist, hat einen tollen entspannten Charme. Die Unterkunft hatte für uns alles, was wir brauchen (Küche, Bad). Besonders toll war für uns die Möglichkeit, draußen oder unter der Pergola zu essen. Die Kommunikation mit Clara war problemlos, bei Fragen war sie schnell erreichbar und hatte immer eine schnelle Lösung parat. Für uns hat die Unterkunft den Aufenthalt im Tessin zu einem tollen Erlebnis werden lassen. Jederzeit wieder!

Lieber Roger, Wir haben uns in Deiner Traumwohmung megawohl gefühlt. Die hochwertige Ausstattung ua der Weber Grill auf der Terrasse waren der absolute Gamechanger. Der Ausblick auf den Lago war noch viel schöner als auf Deinen Bildern. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Herzliche Grüße

Sehr empfehlenswert!!! Wir haben uns in Elkendas Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung war blitzsauber, und bietet alles was man für einen Aufenthalt benötigt. Sie ist sehr gut ausgestattet und es ist genügend Stauraum für Gepäck vorhanden. Elkenda war sehr aufmerksam und gastfreundlich. Sie hat auf unsere Nachrichten jeweils sofort geantwortet. Leider haben wir sie aufgrund unserer späten Anreise nicht mehr persönlich kennengelernt. Wir kommen gerne wieder! Vielen Dank liebe Elkenda

Die Unterkunft ist so toll gelegen, ruhig und ungestört als Eckwohnung mit einer tollen Terrasse und kleiner Wiese. Alles war sehr sauber, die Küche war gut ausgestattet. Rebecca war immer schnell erreichbar und das Begrüssungspackage mit ein paar Lebensmittel sehr aufmerksam und freundlich von ihr. Es waren extrem erholsame Ferien mit Baby und wir können die Unterkunft wärmstens weiterempfehlen.

Die Unterkunft ist wirklich sehr schön, besonders die Terasse, von der aus man einen wunderschönen Blick auf den Lago Maggiore hat. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut und hochwertig ausgestattet und sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Zu Fuß ist der See in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Die Kommunikation ist sehr freundlich und unkompliziert, wir kommen gerne wieder.

Ciao Daniela, what a dream it was to stay at your place! I already can't wait to come back. The room was fabulously decorated, more spacious than the pictures. super clean and well-though out space. Felt super private but in the warmth of someone else's environment. The setting on your farm is unbelievable beautiful. The chickens, cats and dogs - all added to the experience. What a beautiful and serene place - like something out of a fairy tale. This is what AIR BNB used to be about, staying with a host (who is welcoming and proactive like yourself) and you have a real authentic experience of staying in someone's home. You even invited me to pick berries from your farm. Thank you so much for everything. This was not just a stay - this is an experience!

The host was super helpful and nice. The stay was pleasant I would only recommend that you take a car as it can be difficult to get around on foot.

Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit, die Unterkunft hatte eine wunderschöne Aussicht und Lage und sie war perfekt ausgestattet mit allem was man brauchte. Wir kommen definitiv im Sommer wieder, denn das Grillen stelle ich mir da super vor !

Sandra ist eine super freundliche, zuvorkommende und hilfsbereite Gastgeberin, die jederzeit erreichbar ist. Es hat sogar ein mit Wasser gefüllter Hundenapf bei unserer Ankunft bereit gestanden. Die Wohnung selbst und die Lage sind erstklassig. Der Ausblick auf den See aus der Wohnung und auch von der Terrasse sind einmalig. Der Zugang zur zweiten Wohnung im Haus war abgetrennt, so dass niemand mehr an der Terrasse vorbei laufen konnte. Dieser Punkt wurde in einer anderen Bewertungen bemängelt, trifft nun aber nicht mehr zu. Man ist damit sehr privat. Die Wohnung und Sandra als Gastgeberin sind sehr zu empfehlen. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub in der Unterkunft von Gabriele. Ein tolles Airbnb mit viel Charm und liebevoll eingerichtet. Viele zusätzliche Decken und Kissen vorhanden. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Gabriele war sehr hilfsbereit und für alle Frage offen, die er sehr schnell beantwortete. Verbesserungsvorschläge hätten wir nur bei der Duschkabine. Die Lage ist super, und der Ausblick am Morgen , auf dem Balkon ist unbeschreiblich. Einfach Traumhaft!

Die Unterkunft war wirklich wunderschön und teils richtig niedlich eingerichtet. Die Kommunikation mit der Gastgeberin hat super geklappt. Man sollte sich allerdings bewusst sein, dass der Weg zur Unterkunft stark von einer normalen Straße abweicht. Man fährt etwa 20 Minuten über sehr herausfordernde Wege. Wer die Natur liebt, wird dafür aber mit absoluter Ruhe und einer traumhaften Umgebung belohnt.

A very nice, clean house close to the lake. Big rooms and a big terrace. There is also a lot of space to park the car in front of the house. We had a very nice stay. Thank you.

Einfach unbeschreiblich schöner Urlaub dort. Maria ist eine warmherzige und liebenswürde Gastgeberin. Die Ubterkunft und der Blick übertrifft alle Erwartungen. Platz ohne Ende, Hängematte, Grillstelle, Terasse zum Frühstücken, direkt an der Natur mit dem wohl besten Blick auf den Comer See den es geben kann. Man muss gut zu Fuss sein, wenn man ohne Auto kommt. Es gibt einen steilen direkten Anstieg mit Treppen circa 20-30 min von Rezzonico, wenn man gut zu Fuß ist. 200 hm auf circa 1 km. Die Straße ist flacher aber etwas länger. Man kommt mit dem Bus von Como ganz gut nach San Siro, aber die Pünktlichkeit ist bei dem Verkehr in der Hochsaison nicht machbar. Es gibt eine super Pizzaria im Ort aber auch selbst Kochen und den Blick von oben genießen ist perfekt. Durch die Höhe und den Wald ist es an der Unterkunft auch nicht ganz so heiß, wie weiter unten. Rundum: Wir kommen wieder. Danke Maria für alles <3

The view is the best part of Johannes's place. It's a magical vista of Lake Lugano. The place itself is very comfortable and convenient. We brought our one-year old, which meant we needed to be careful with the stairs, but there is plenty of room to play in the living areas and bedrooms. Gandria is a small lake-side town within walking distance, which was a pleasant surprise to us. It's a beautiful small town, which we found more enjoyable than Lugano.

We enjoyed our stay immensely. The location was within easy walking distance of the train and ferry stations and the old town center. The view from the patio and living room was lovely. One day was rainy, but the covered parts of the patio and open doors from the living room made for relaxing lake and mountain views, even in the rain. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was handy for cooking a couple dinners, and the washing machine was small but convenient for a couple quick loads. Communication and check-in went smoothly. Highly recommended.

Nicholas and his wife were lovely hosts. He was very communicative before our arrival, which was helpful because the parking was a little tricky. He met us and helped carry our luggage up to the apartment. The view from the apartment is spectacular. It is very clean and simple yet lovely and comfortable. There were outside spaces to congregate on either side of the apartment. The location was convenient. He was very helpful with suggestions on where to eat, buy groceries, and when to arrive places to miss crowds. We wished we were staying longer. I highly recommend.

We love Michele’s place. It was so near to the main station and Michele gave clear instructions for us to get to the apartment. It was spacious, clean and had everything we needed. We wish we could stay on longer! Michele was also responsive and kind enough to let us check in earlier. Will definitely recommend to anyone who is visiting Milan and we will love to come back when we have the chance too!

Beautiful home, very easy steps to get into the property. Quick responses, helpful owners who are very accommodating. Amazing location int he heart of Como. Not far from the train station. The cleaner is also very lovely and was so kind to our dog, she couldn’t whip out the bed and water soon enough. Would definitely return and 100% recommend 10/10 ♥️

We were there for a family wedding which was nearby so was the perfect location. The building had been an old monastery which has been sympathetically and very tastefully renovated it was fantastic we had our own courtyard with loungers table and chairs, beautiful touches throughout can’t rate our stay highly enough 100%. What stood out was Luca himself he helped us enormously. We had a family dinner planned in the neighbouring town but found it impossible to get a taxi bearing in mind it was a Sunday and maybe not as many available even Luca tried but no luck so he took us in his car to the venue which I thought was amazing khe also helped to carry our luggage when we arrived and when we left very very helpful.5stars for the house and 6stars for the host.

Marissa & Antonello were wonderful hosts for us staying in Milan for 5 days. Proactive communication from booking and gave us detailed instructions to get to their apartment from the train station. They then showed us around the apartment and complex so we could get around easily. They were always on hand to give us further information about the city & the apartment and left us enough amenities to last us for the duration of our stay. The apartment itself was very clean and modern with a peaceful environment from other residents. Would 100% stay here again if I come back to Milan.

This place was the perfect place to stay if you want a beautiful view of the lake and to be in a quiet neighbourhood. There was pros and cons with the location (cons- trouble finding a taxi to and from the train station and not much in close walking distance & pros- beautiful view, right beside the C30 bus stop) but if you’re up for adventure and fully able bodied it’s worth it! We bought some groceries in Como after spending a the day there and had dinner one night in, walked down the stairs by the bus stop to the lake level for dinner at Ristorante Vapore sul Lago di Como and spent a day at the Lido di Faggeto Miamilaryo, which was a beautiful beach club with good food and drinks. The house was everything we needed and the view had us speechless the whole time. The hosts were quick to respond and help when we had questions. We would highly recommend this stay!
