For the summer, a hidden swimming area in the stream just steps away from the house.

The nest

Once called Arbec, our small stone shepherd's hut served as a kitchen and dining room. It was there that the milk was transformed into cheese and bush, where the family gathered for the evening vigil with the neighbors ,and where social life was tied up.Tools,seeds, harvests ,were also stored in the arbec. The stones of this small building are full of history and the thickness of its walls offers a sense of protection, peace, conducive to rest.

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. In the heart of nature and pure mountain air, it is spacious and close to the fun activities of the Colmiane summer-winter resort and shops. St Martin de Vésubie and Le Boreon are close, less than 15 km away. south facing, very bright and well-equipped, it is rated 3***, it is good to live there. Fruit trees, vegetable garden and flowers surround it. You are welcome.

The house has been modernized with a lot of love for detail and the highest standards. It has a small heated pool from which you can see the sea as if floating on the slope. The house has two bedrooms as well as a bathroom and a spacious social area. Always there: a stunning sea view!

Nice duplex in a mountain house

Ressourcez-vous dans ce petit nid niché en pleine nature. Attention pas d'accès direct en voiture ce qui permet le calme et la sérénité du lieu. Duplex tout équipé. Idéal pour un couple et deux enfants qui peuvent dormir ensemble. 1 lit deux places et un BZ 140. La maison a plus de 100 ans, vieux parquet à l'étage on ne peut pas y danser ;) Penser aux pantoufles. Pas d'internet ! Mais excellent réseau.
