Monthly Rentals in Benissa

Excellent short stay in the apartment. The apartment was as described on the listing and is in an excellent condition. A few suggestions for future rentals: - Check in was quite smooth but be aware that the check in person (Ana) speaks only Spanish - When driving to the apartment, use the paid car park in the square as the destination. We arrived at night and there were a number of bollards blocking access to the apartment. It is simpler to go to the parking lot and then move your luggage to the apartment which is right across - You can use an app (EasyPark) to pay for parking for 2 hours (and extend using coins) - There is 1 air conditioner in the reception room. The bedrooms get warm in the summer, so you will need to set the a/c to cold and keep the bedroom doors open

The place lived up to the photos, lovely roof terrace with comfortable furniture , nice decor and well designed, good sized rooms with storage space; comfy beds, really enjoyed our stay and would happily to stay again. Natalia was so kind and patient on our arrival as we were very delayed and arrived extremely late but she waited for us to guide us to the location which was incredibly welcome when we arrived so tired from the journey.

An amazing house right in the centre of the historic district … HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

We had a great stay at Valentina's house. We especially liked the swimming pool with wonderful beds and chairs to lie in both the sun and the shade. The bed was also very comfortable. Nice shower too. Very handy that there is an Aldi less than 5 minutes walk and also the beach is walkable. We recommend the house to everyone and would love to come back a x.
