Featuring polished concrete floors, trendy furnishings, and raw wood accents, this home combines rustic and modern elements for a warm atmosphere. The suite provides a private room with queen bed and sofa bed to accommodate 2 additional guests. Smart TV in the living room is Roku-enabled. The suite is on the walkout basement level of the Hosts' home, therefore some noise from upstairs will transfer. Short walk from restaurants, shops, breweries, galleries, and parks & greenway. Our guest suite is great for business travelers, families, and anyone in between! You’ll find that it’s very cozy and comfortable and in the best part of town. In the private guest suite you have a bedroom, bathroom, living room, and outdoor patio to yourself. There is a mini fridge, microwave, kitchen table, shelves for food, dinnerware for 4, and an electric kettle for coffee and tea. You have the basement apartment to yourself and can interact with us as little or as much as you want. We are available to you, as needed. The home is set in charming West Asheville and within a short walk from many restaurants, breweries, shops, and cafes, such as Owl Bakery, Hole Doughnuts, Pizza Mind, Gan Shan West, Taco Billy, New Belgium Brewery, Urban Orchard Cider, Hi-Wire Brewery, The Wedge Brewery and several art galleries in the River Arts District. Downtown art galleries are a short drive away. Everything you need is within walking distance or Uber and Lyft are reliable. A car rental makes sense for day trips, as there is so much to do outside of Asheville.

Nestled on over six well maintained acres this house is the perfect private location that is also very convenient to all local attractions such as the Biltmore House, Arboretum, Sierra Nevada Brewery and the Blue Ridge Parkway. The house features four bedrooms, two and a half bathrooms, full kitchen, wifi, washer and dryer and a private well with excellent water filtration system. There are three ponds and a creek on the property which entice local wild life. Deer, foxes & bear do visit.

This adorable round house sits on the West side of Asheville in a quiet neighborhood just on the outskirts of town. Convenient to I40, just 17 min from the airport, 13 min (6 miles) to downtown, 15 min to Biltmore, 15 min to UNCA, 17 min to the arboretum and 10 min to happening Haywood Rd. Clean, comfortable and stylishly funky with all new beds and mattresses, wifi, roku TV, a lovely porch for sitting and even small fire pit in back. There is also enough parking for 3 or 4 cars off street.
