Your apartment is at ground level with direct access to the terrace and the 2,000 sqm natural garden. You enter the apartment through a large wind trap, which delimits the hallway in the living area with another door. On the right side is the second bedroom with single bed and sofa bed (3 beds in total). Next to it is the main bath with tub, shower, toilet and large washbasin, all brightly tiled. Opposite you will find the dressing room with a gigantic built-in closet. Through the hallway you pass a storage room into the main living area. A bright, modern, fully equipped kitchen with 4-burner ceramic hob and 2-burner gas hob, baking oven, large refrigerator, modern dishwasher, coffee machine, etc. invites you to cook together, cozy. A generous "Sammelsurium" of cutlery, crockery, pots, pans and other kitchen accessories is also available. Directly adjacent to the kitchen is the dining table (extendable) for up to 8 people. Live cooking is therefore guaranteed. :-) The living room is also integrated into the kitchen-living room and offers a very cozy atmosphere with 2 sofas, satellite TV (48 inch LCD TV), hi-fi boxes for iPhone/Android/iPod (bestial noisy and with lush basses). Speaking of cozy: A fireplace is at your disposal too. And if you don't listen to music and television, we also have a few board games ready (chessboard, etc.) The very cozy master bedroom with extra shower room and toilet is located in the back and has a very, very back-friendly double bed with metal-free slatted frames, new, continuous mattress. If you can't fall asleep or don't want to get up, we have a 32-inch TV connected to a satellite. In the also ground-level laundry room, washing machine, tumble dryer, iron board and iron are at your disposal. You can also "dry air" your laundry in the laundry room. On the terrace you will find a table, chairs and on request also a barbecue and invite you to cozy evenings. Campfires in the garden are also possible! In the back of the garden, there is a swing for the little ones; or not quite as small ;-) As it is a cul-de-sac, we hardly have any car traffic here either! Location ========================== Your apartment is far away from any hustle and bustle. Directly behind the house begins the forest you can explore for yourself. Whether on foot, to Ross, to bike. In the morning you will be woken up by the birds. Or the cows. If you want, you can still drive to all the Ruhr metropolises (Cologne, Dortmund, Düsseldorf, Bochum, Essen, etc.) within a maximum of 60 minutes by car and have a connection there. For example, you can explore the train station in Oberbrügge (about 8 km). The regional train takes you to Hauptbahnhof station in Dortmund. From Marineheide (about 18 km), another regional train will take you to the Cologne main train. Things to do ========================== In addition to exploring the forest, you can also enjoy a number of activities for bad weather days. The nearby Lüdenscheid (about 19km) has all the shopping, sports and cultural facilities that your heart desires. Airy gable apartment for a break in the countryside

The minimalist design makes the apartment a place of rest. Forest and meadow border the small mountain village and give the feeling of being surrounded by nature. Our nearby “Windbusch” - the local “mountain” - offers one of the distant views for which our area is so much appreciated. From up here you can't see Cologne Cathedral, but at least the Siebengebirge. The proximity to Cologne makes our village particularly attractive, as the city is only 30 km away.
