Wiehl center is about 3 km away with various shops, bakeries and restaurants. Heating is provided by radiators connected to our heat pump, which is powered by green electricity. Here in Velbert, in the beautifully situated Deilbachtal, we offer an approx. 60 sqm single holiday home for 2 people, directly by the forest. The apartment has a kitchen, bathroom with walk-in shower, bedroom with a 180 x 200 box spring bed and is heated with underfloor heating. The living space consists of a living room with 2 sofas, TV and a dining area directly opposite the kitchen.
