It can accommodate up to 4 people and has 2 bedrooms (1 bed with 1.80 m | 1 bed with 1.40 m). The kitchen is fully equipped and there is a washing machine, which can be used. A parking space in the courtyard belongs to the apartment. In the immediate vicinity is a supermarket and bakery.

The beautiful vacation home with about 80 m² and its about 300 m² property was extensively renovated in 2020. The house has two bedrooms, as well as two bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen and a living room with a dining area. In the living area there is a fireplace, which provides a relaxed atmosphere at the end of the day.

The BUGA site is nearby, the main train station is a stone's throw away and even the city center can be reached in a few minutes on foot via a nice walk along the Neckar. There is a beautiful outdoor area with cozy seating areas, playground, campfire area, a large covered summer kitchen, vegetable garden, table tennis table, workbench for children, a pottery workshop for pottery, a piano in the 45 sqm kitchen. Excellent living climate due to wood/clay construction.
