In the historic village street is our shared 4-sided courtyard. The apartment is located in the eastern former stable building and has been lovingly renovated and equipped. It consists of an open living, dining and sleeping area with a small shower room and terrace to the courtyard. The kitchen has a fridge with freezer, stove with oven and dishwasher. Feel free to ask about the use of our tent sauna with wood stove and icy plunge barrel in the garden.

You can park your bicycles, etc. comfortably and safely in the large gate entrance. Tips for parking in the neighborhood can be obtained on request.

Hi , I am renting a beautifully renovated 2-room apartment in Leipzig-Zentrum Süd. Karl-Liebknecht-Straße is 200 m away, and the city center is a 5-minute walk. The apartment is fully equipped, kitchen with stove, oven and dishwasher. The bathroom has a bathtub and shower. Simple bicycles are included. There is a 180 cm wide bed in the small bedroom and a sofa bed in the open living room/kitchen.
