Studio apartment at the foot of Wartburg

Entire, independent studio, 52 square meters, with well-equipped, integrated kitchen, hallway and bathroom. The location is ideal if you want to explore Eisenach, the Wartburg or the hiking opportunities on foot. (Bachhaus Museum, market and Luther House 10-15 min., Wartburg: about 35 minutes (forest path), train station: about 15 minutes Hiking: The forest begins right behind the house and many hiking opportunities are in close proximity. I am happy to provide tips and information. The windows of the studio face the courtyard, which is partly green and serves (largely) as a parking lot. Various restaurants and cafes are on the way to the nearby city center (about 6-10 minutes' walk). The surrounding southern quarter is the preferred residential area of Eisenach and is worth seeing for its many Art Nouveau villas alone. In winter, the historic Christmas market on the Wartburg is a special experience (on all weekends in Advent). If the nearby Prinzenteich (2 min.) is frozen, it is visited by young and old for ice skating! The studio (non-smoking), which consists of a large room with integrated kitchen, offers space for 2 people (1.40 m x 2.00 m) on a comfortable sofa bed. Since inquiries keep coming, there is now the possibility of a 3rd sleeping place on a guest mattress. Coffee and various types of tea are freely available. Linens, towels and hair dryers are provided. Also of course: rinsing utensils/dish towel, toilet paper, soap, shampoo/shower bath. Guests arriving by car have a private parking space right in front of the entrance. Notice: actually the studio is not available on Wednesdays, (arrival Wednesday-evening is sometimes possible). Exception: school holidays. Note: With the exception of Thuringian school holidays and public holidays, the studio will not be available on Wednesdays from 4 PM to 6 PM. If your stay includes a Wednesday, you will receive a delicious breakfast as a small compensation. Just let me know your preferred day before arrival.

The newly renovated apartment is located in the east of Eisenach, in the green and quiet Karolinental. On foot, you need 15 minutes to the old town and 10 minutes to the train station. Eisenach's sights, such as the Wartburg and the Drachenschlucht, are easily accessible. We offer you: a separate small kitchen (fully equipped with fridge, microwave, ceramic hob) and a bathroom with tub, as well as a room with a new box spring bed (140 × 200 cm), TV, Wi-Fi, large wardrobe and seating for dining.

Modern 1-room apartment near Wartburg. Beautiful, quiet apartment in the basement of a newly built 1-family house. Furnishings, bathroom and kitchenette are completely new and of high quality. Eisenach and Rennsteig can be reached within 10 minutes by car. The regional train station Wutha is within walking distance in 15 minutes The apartment can also be rented for a longer period of time by students, commuters or fitters. The apartment is equipped with a desk and an extra Wi-Fi router.

Dear potential guests, Whether in transit, for a short break or for longer - our apartment is quickly accessible and a good place to relax in the evening - on the balcony with a view or in front of the blazing fire in the fireplace. The sofa bed in the living room is very comfortable, so you can sleep well in two rooms. In the village, there is a nice outdoor pool and good gastronomy - surrounded by a lot of forest. Our café serves breakfast weekdays from 6 AM and on weekends from 7 AM.

I had a lovely stay at Holger and Kathrin’s apartment in Eisenach. The place is recently renovated, modern, and very clean. I especially enjoyed the balcony overlooking a peaceful inner green yard—it was a perfect spot to relax. The neighborhood is quiet, yet conveniently close to the city center. There’s also a children’s playground nearby, which is great for families, and a Lidl supermarket is within a 10–15 minute walk. The apartment is ideal for a short stay. For longer stays, it would be even more comfortable with the addition of a washing machine and an oven. Overall, I had a great experience and would definitely recommend it!

A very nice accommodation with all the amenities/very good facilities for us as a family with a small child. It has everything you need. We enjoyed the time in Eisenach and felt very comfortable in the apartment. Check-in and out is easy. Even earlier check-in was made possible. Communication with the host is fabulous. The location is also perfect. The old town is within walking distance, shopping facilities are only "a stone's throw" from the apartment and a playground can be reached in a few minutes' walk. We will be happy to come back!

Nadine is a very friendly, flexible and uncomplicated hostess. The apartment was very clean and tidy and has everything you need. I really liked the little jar of honey to try as well as the shower gel and lotion, because I had forgotten both ;). The location of the place is great. The Rewe supermarket is a 5-minute walk away, the train station is about 15 minutes away, and the city center (pedestrian zone) is 2 minutes away.
