Studio with independent entrance in Neo-Breton

Hello, we are renting our studio adjoining our house which has its own independent entrance. Located in a haven of peace in the center of Guemene. You can enjoy the large flowery yard as well as the swimming pool if the outside temperatures allow it. Sheets, towels and tea towels are provided as well as the necessary kitchenware and breakfast. Deckchairs are available as well as a table and chairs to eat outside. Note that the size of the accommodation is in line with the price displayed but you will be at your ease and we are at your disposal for any need. We have a small 11 kg dog who does not bite, just a big cuddle lover, the breed can be specified in a private message, you will understand...

HAPPY SOLO SEASIDE STUDIO

Small seaside, independent garden room with private bathroom for one person. Just a 5 minutes walk from the beach and a 10 minutes cycle from shops and restaurants. Private entrance and use of back garden terrace. A bicycle is available free of charge. There is Wifi, small fridge, ,electric kettle , coffee machine and microwave. Please note that there is no kitchen or tv. Bus stop nearby. I am an English speaker and live just beside the studio . Some noise possible due to next door construction

19th century farmhouse outbuilding just renovated and transformed into an independent house. A unique style in the heart of a green setting, perfect for a retreat in the heart of nature. A small stone house in the old village of Kerzellec on the Chemin des Peintres. Everything is designed to help you relax in peace between the waves 500 meters away at the end of the road and the birdsong. You will be charmed by this old 18th century bread oven, completely restored for a stay in the heart of Pouldu where everything is done on foot: (in season) bakery, restaurants, bars, grocery store, all surrounded by six beaches, each as charming and different from each other.

L'espace bien être vous est accessible et privatif, excepté le matin de votre départ, et ce afin de procéder à la vidange et nettoyage du spa. Chemins de grande randonnée, VTT, vallée verte. Wake West Park à 10mn, Village de Poul Fetan à 10 mn. Lorient et plages à 35 mn. Draps, serviettes et peignoirs de bain fournis.

My place is in the heart of the Breton countryside. The house includes a kitchen area with stove, oven, fridge, coffee maker and kettle, a bathroom with sink and shower, separate toilet, a living/dining room, and 2 bedrooms upstairs. My place is good for couples, solo travelers and families (with kids) - €29 per night for the 1st person + €12 per additional person [price may vary depending on season and demand]

Pond-side cottage in unspoiled nature

Isolated 4-season chalet for 2 people and 1 child by a pond, in a large forest garden. Dragonflies, kingfishers… and hopefully otters and deer. Wake up, take a dip... or grab the oars! The chalet has a kitchenette, sofa, table, 2 single beds + 1 child mattress. The dry toilets are outside. A Finnish sauna welcomes you in the cold season (€20). Far from any noise and light pollution, dare to return to nature!

L'Épée is a lovely and cosy cottage perfect for a couple. This holiday home is equipped with a living and dining room a full kitchen and a bathroom downstairs. On the first floor you will find a very spacious bedroom with a double bed and also a day bed making this house available to accomodate up to three people. With lovely views of the gardens this small cottage would be the ideal place to relax
