Small charming and warm studio, nicely decorated, functional and well laid out, very quiet since overlooking the inner courtyard. In the historic center and close to monuments and entertainment venues. Lou and Sébastien are welcoming and friendly. A perfect stay.

Responsive hosts, good communication. We had a problem with a blanket and they came to change it very quickly. The listing matches the photos, next to the starting point of the puy de chambourguet. In a quiet and secure place. Recommended

We had a fabulous weekend! The place is so beautiful, quiet. The cottage is very well-equipped, access to the forest just behind allows for beautiful walks, and offers a very beautiful setting. We were greeted by Magalie, always smiling, who showed us around. Thank you again for your hospitality and availability throughout the stay! We won't hesitate to come back!

Adrien's apartment was impeccable, a great place, very quiet and close to everything by car. great private parking Adrien left us little touches like chocolate nespresso capsules (which the children enjoyed😉). there is a superb terrace, very quiet, that we enjoyed in the beautiful weather we had. Adrien is very responsive to messages sent I really recommend this apartment and Auvergne is beautiful.

The accommodation is cozy, very clean and located in a nice village where the view is magnificent. We recommend it.

Pleasant stay in Royat and its surroundings... Very spacious and very well located accommodation with a park and a river nearby. Restaurants in the surrounding area and thermal baths easily accessible on foot for discovery sessions... By car, many visits to make in very touristy places less than 30 minutes away. (Puy de Dôme - Vulcania - Volvic Cave - Volcano - etc.) For hikers, a great place for walks to discover. In short, a very pleasant stay in an apartment where it is good to stay. A plus for the car, public parking but free...

The first floor of a two-storey house about three kilometers from the center of Clermont-Ferrand, located on a large plot with a garden. Although there is a busy road nearby, the house is quite quiet as it is off the beaten path. Parking is available on the premises, but quite narrow, as well as the entrance to the house. If the car is small, then there is no problem, if the average or larger, it is better to stay on the street, free parking spaces were always available. Everything you need is in the house, the host was responsive and always answered our questions. We loved it! We'd love to come again!

Very well equipped and furnished accommodation, ideally located in the heart of many activities: Vulcania, Lemptegy volcano, Murol castle... From the cottage are also within walking distance: a bakery, a butcher and a convenience store. Olby is also available from a pharmacy and a food truck on certain days. We had a lovely time with the family in Nathalie's cottage. Everything is thought out to feel at home.

pleasant cottage and good stay. very good bed with air conditioning that was very useful with scorching temperatures. small downside: difficulty parking if several cars. but it's also part of the charm of these small old villages... very calm otherwise.

We had a lovely stay at this lovely, great location. It has all amenities and amenities. Florence, the host, is very available and accommodating. Everything is perfect for a lovely stay in the capital Auvergnate.

We enjoyed the calm of the place, the view of the lake, as well as the very comfortable mattresses. We also appreciated the responsiveness and kindness of our host. The only downside is the lack of a broom that made it a little complicated for us when we checked out. Finally, there are plenty of trails for walks, and we were able to radiate from puy de domes to Mont Dore without any problem. We appreciated the value for money and will recommend this place without hesitation.
