An fabulous apartment in a beautiful example of the local timber-frame architecture. The condition of the rooms and furnishings are exactly as they appear in the photos. I would absolutely recommend this property (and will be). I would point out (for information only) that there can be street noise on some nights. (There are disposable earplugs provided by Michaël which is very thoughtful). Most nights during my stay were fine and remarkably quiet though. Also as this is an historic building there are quirks like the spiral staircase and uneven timber flooring in the access hall. For me this was part of its authentic charm but if you have mobility issues factor this in. Michaël was a professional throughout. I had a hiccup with my travel arrangements on the day, so my arrival was a couple of hours later than planned for. Michaël was responsive throughout and accommodated my changed arrival without issue. This was deeply appreciated (having endured a stressful afternoon).

We had an amazing time in St Malo at Julie and Roman’s place. A homey and comfortable place to land after long active days of travel. The location couldn’t be better for exploring this beautiful old walled city. We enjoyed swimming in the ocean pool which is just steps from the apartment. And being so close to one of the gates by the water allows you to easily enjoy the gorgeous sunsets every night. The kitchen was well stocked and Julie was very responsive to any questions that we had throughout our stay.

Very clean, well-equiped studio in the heart of the historic center. Easy 15 minute walk from the train station. Very quiet as it faces a courtyard and not the street. Easy check out. (Only cautionary note is accessing the bed requires a ladder climb up to a low-ceiling loft, which for anyone with mobility issues would be a challenge.) Finally, appreciated the personal greeting and timely communication with the host Valerie. Highly recommend!

Bonjour, Les enceintes ne fonctionnaient pas, donc le son de la télé n’était pas top, et il me donnait un peu mal à la tête. La banque n’est pas dans la rue, il faut marcher plus loin pour en trouver une. Le logement est dans un espace privé, et on partage aussi la cour avec les personnes qui travaillent dans le magasin de vélos situé à l’intérieur. Il n’y avait pratiquement pas de savon pour les mains dans la salle de bain, j’avais mon gel douche donc ça m’a dépannée. Sinon, bon emplacement : on peut se rendre en ville facilement à pied même sans bus. Le logement est fidèle aux photos, et aucun bruit la nuit — pour moi c’était parfait. Et gros plus : énormément de rangements ! En tant que femme, c’est vraiment super pratique 🌸 Vincent ne répondait pas très rapidement (je suppose qu’il travaille beaucoup), mais il a toujours été bienveillant, respectueux et compréhensif, notamment pour mon départ. Je recommande ce logement fortement et je reviendrais avec plaisir ✨✨

La posizione perfetta per visitare nel raggio di 30 minuti Mont Saint Michel, Saint Malo,' Dinard, Dinan e Dol de Bretagne. Nel appartamento non mancava niente e pulitissimo. Grazie Claudine host perfetta.

J’ai eu le plaisir de séjourner dans ce logement à l’occasion d’un concours se déroulant au parc des expositions de Rennes. Le logement, spacieux et baigné de lumière naturelle, se situe en pleine campagne, dans un environnement particulièrement paisible, sans aucun vis-à-vis. L’accès au parc des expositions est très simple et rapide : une dizaine de minutes en voiture seulement. Cette proximité, combinée au calme absolu du lieu, fait de ce logement une adresse idéale pour toute personne devant se rendre à un événement ou un examen dans ce secteur. L’hébergement est par ailleurs parfaitement équipé, entretenu et fonctionnel, ce qui contribue à une sensation immédiate de bien-être dès l’arrivée. Enfin, je souhaite souligner la grande qualité de l’accueil. Les propriétaires sont des personnes d’une grande gentillesse, disponibles, attentionnées et bienveillantes, tout en restant discrets. Leur hospitalité a été un véritable plus durant ce séjour.

Stephanie is the perfect host that really helped us enjoy her beautiful property. Our family of 5 thoroughly enjoyed our time while ending our 5 week Europe vacation. The local small towns away from typical tourist spots and region offered us a little glimpse of the real French countryside with the benefit of close drives to more prolific tourist spots on the North coast. The weather was unusually hot for our stay so the pool was a blessing for the kids. We highly recommend this property of you are in the region.

Excellent accueil de la part de Franck qui a été adorable avec nous ! Le logement est encore plus beau que sur les photos ainsi que son extérieur (jardin, barbecue). La literie est très confortable et les lits spacieux. Je recommande pour un séjour entre amis ou même en famille. On mêle l'ancien et le moderne dans un cadre reposant et agréable où il fait bon vivre.

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour chez Amaury et Stylite qui nous ont accueillis chaleureusement. Le gîte est magnifique et très propre. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié les nombreuses activités extérieures à disposition qui permettent de profiter pleinement de ce lieu plein de charme. Amaury et Stylite ont été disponibles tout au long de notre séjour, toujours prêts à répondre à nos questions. Un grand moment de détente dans un cadre idyllique que nous recommandons sans hésiter !

Nice, clean place in a good location. Only issue was during check-in. The host outsources the key drop off and pick-up to a separate person. They were 45min late to the check-in/key drop off. Check-out/key pick up was spot on time.

A lovely apartment in a great location with stunning sea views, shops and restaurants are within walking distance, we highly recommend a visit.

Geweldig verblijf bij Zabeth en Pascal. Fijne persoonlijke ontvangst, met uitleg van de excellente apparatuur en de omgeving. Koelkast gevuld met o.a. frisdrank, yohurtjes, boter, jam etc. Verder voldoende koffie aanwezig o.a. voor de dolce gusto. Appartement is zeer smaakvol en trendy ingericht. Het appartement ligt aan een doodlopend straatje, vlakbij het centrum. Daardoor erg rustig in de straat en geen geluidsoverlast. Deze superhosts met hun mooie 2 stuks privé appartementen, zijn zeker aan te bevelen. Bedankt voor het super fijne verblijf. R&R

We had a really wonderful, restful stay. The flat was light and airy and comfortable and was just as Alexandra had described it. We enjoyed walking along the pathway to St Cast, or just popping down to one of the restaurants below the appartment for supper. We made lots of little excursions west and east along the coast but also enjoyed coming back “home” to just sit and enjoy the comings and goings below in the port.

Nous avons passé un excellent week-end chez Laurence,le logement est spacieux et bien équipé c’est pas loin du centre-ville et de la plage en plus y’a une place de parking privé on recommande ce logement et nous y reviendrons Isabelle et Bruno.

Apartment was very clean and Mai met us at the property to give us a full tour. The apartment is exactly the same as the description and fully equipped with everything you need during your stay. Apartment is only 10/15mins from INTRA MUROS and close to several supermarket s. Also a big bonus is having a secure parking space. Would definitely recommend staying here. We had a great stay and would definitely stay here again. Thank you Mai
