Appartement avec grande terrasse couverte offrant une vue mer splendide. Accès direct à la plage des Sables Blancs et ses activités nautiques. La Thalasso Valdys juste à côté. Accès au Gr34 pour de superbes randonnées. Commerces et restaurants à proximité. 3ème et dernier étage dans une résidence de standing sécurisé avec piscine ouverte du 15/06 au 15/09 , Wi-Fi, parking privé en sous-sol, ascenseurs. Sentier piétonnier menant au port de plaisance. Idéal pour découvrir notre belle région.

Charming 18th century mansion, at the bottom of a cul-de-sac, in a small hamlet, a real haven of peace, in the countryside, 10 minutes by car from the sea. Close to Audierne and its port, Pont-Croix and its small city of character, as well as Douarnenez, Pointe du Raz, Quimper. The house consists of four bedrooms including a master bedroom with basin and shower, three other bedrooms upstairs as well as two toilets and a bathroom with bathtub, with a large wooded garden.
