On the heights of the bay of Douarnenez, in Tréboul, close to the beach of Les Sables Blancs, come and discover the natural environment, the maritime activity that will allow you to enjoy a unique experience in contact with nature. Close to Audierne and its port, Pont-Croix and its small town of character, as well as Douarnenez, Pointe du Raz, Quimper. The house consists of four bedrooms including a master bedroom with sink and shower, three other bedrooms upstairs as well as two toilets and a bathroom with bathtub, with a large wooded garden.

The house was renovated at the end of 2018, it faces south. Access is from the street by an entrance with about twenty steps, overlooks the enclosed garden and then the house. It consists of a separate kitchen on the ground floor, a bright 30 m² living-dining room and a bathroom with toilet. Upstairs, 2 bedrooms and a bathroom with toilet. A terrace as well as deck chairs and a barbecue are at your disposal.
