Neben dem Wohnhaus befindet sich das moderne Badehaus zur ausschließlichen Nutzung unserer Gäste. In unserem Haus wird viel gelesen, philosophiert, guter Wein getrunken und sich um das Wesentliche im Leben gekümmert, Reduktion pur! Abenteuer statt Luxus.

Check-in: flexible in time, please specify arrival in advance as precisely as possible. Old half-timbered house with newly renovated apartment , fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with tub and shower, bedroom with double bed. In the living room a sleeping chair (1 m X 1.90 m) for another guest . Wi-Fi available. The apartment is bright and quiet. Only for guest, no shared flats , no shared common areas. Stairlift available, but the front door has two steps without a ramp.

Vacation home "Im Kleinen Bruch"

Bright, newly renovated, attic apartment in a 6-family house. On the outskirts of the village of Stahle, a district of the world heritage city of Höxter in the beautiful Weser Uplands, directly on the Weser bike path. The small apartment (34 m²) can be booked for 2 to 4 people and has a combined living room/bedroom, a kitchen and a bathroom. A crib can be provided on request. A large garden with seating areas and lawn can also be used. Smaller pets are allowed. Wi-Fi is available.

Mill house on the Nethe

The idyllically situated "Mühlenhaus" on the Mühlenbach of the Nethe is part of the castle ensemble in Amelunxen. Formerly built as the miller's residence, it is nestled in the village and thus within walking distance of the village shop and bakery. Family-owned for generations, it still serves as a private vacation home. It impresses with its traditional furnishings and cozy atmosphere. The large garden and the direct water location also ensure peace and quiet.

Central living

Enjoy a stylish experience in this centrally-located apartment. The small but stylish and fully equipped non-smoking apartment is located in the center of our village of around 1800 inhabitants. The apartment is at ground level and largely barrier-free. Right next door is a grocery store and several snacks. A baker, butcher, hairdresser, florist, pharmacy, ATM and dentist are also within walking distance. Smoking is allowed outside the door.

Many leisure activities such as hiking, cycling, barbecuing, sauna, visiting the Sababurg, Hessentherme, supermarkets, restaurants, outdoor swimming pool and many other excursion destinations on the Weser.

Sunny apartment in the old town of Höxter

My place is right in the center of the historic old town of Höxter. Restaurants and pubs as well as all shopping are within walking distance. Corvey Castle, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, is only about 3 km away. Höxter is located on the R1 bike path, only about 500 meters from the apartment. Towards Godelheim after about 1.5 km is the recreational lake with swimming and sports facilities, which is very popular in good weather.

The family-friendly vacation home Haus Leenja is located on a 1,400 m² property in the village of Beverungen. Here, at 200 meters above sea level, you can leave everyday life behind and unwind. The unobstructable view from the Schnegelberg in three directions will put a smile on your face day after day. The energy-saving house is located directly on the high-altitude hiking trail.
