Vacation home at Semberg

The small apartment of about 35 m² in the beautiful pilgrimage town of Kleinenberg (Paderborn district) is barrier-free, with a shower room and small kitchen. The garden with playground equipment (table tennis, swing, trampoline...) is available for our holiday guests. Here between the Egge Mountains and Teutoburg Forest, there are many beautiful hiking and cycling trails. The swimming pool is 7 km away. Paderborn is 20 minutes away and Kassel is 40 minutes away by car. An express bus runs several times a day to Warburg and Paderborn.

Studio by the nature park/Dörnberg - Zierenberg

Relaxation in the middle of the forest at Dörnbergs, ideal location for quiet and relaxing days in nature, convenient starting point for hikes, located directly on the Habichtswaldsteig and the Habichtswald Nature Park. Here, deer and rabbits actually say good night right outside the front door. There is a fireplace for cozy evenings by the fire. Wi-Fi is available in medium signal strength. Inke's guest apartment

Our guest apartment is lovingly decorated, is located on the mezzanine floor of an old building and is about 50 square meters. There is a fully equipped kitchen with a cozy sitting area. The bedroom has a 160 x 200 double bed. In the living room there is a 90 x 190 bed next to the sofa. In the courtyard there are some cozy seating areas. The historic city center, supermarket and train station are within walking distance. In the courtyard there is a parking space available for your car.

Herzlich willkommen in unserer Ferienwohnung im Weserbergland. Die Wohnung ist offen gestaltet und umfasst ca. 45 qm mit moderner Einrichtung. Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet mit Herd, Backofen, Kühlschrank und Spülmaschine. Links neben dem Badezimmer befindet sich ein kleiner begehbarer Kleiderschrank für eure Utensilien. In ca. 400 m kann man bereits den Radweg R99 an der Weser erreichen. Einkaufmöglichkeiten befinden sich in ca. 150 m direkt um die Ecke.

The apartment

Our apartment has a beautiful view of the surroundings. From the panoramic window, or from one of the terraces. A terrace invites you to chill and is elevated right in front of the door. On the second terrace is the hot tub, grill, seating and fireplace. Parking is included. Wi-Fi is included. Our apartment is modernly equipped. 65-inch flat-screen TV and much more. The hot tub is heated and is there for your own use all year round. There are no other guests.

Cozy attic studio

Dear guests, here is some information: Bright attic studio between Egge Mountains and Weser Uplands with nice views. It consists of a living-kitchen-sleeping area and separate bathroom. You have your own staircase. The entrance is shared with us. Note the 30-degree roof slope. The bed with new mattress is 1.40 x 2.00 m. Cotton bedding. You can make beautiful excursions in the area. The attic has been ecologically renovated. Looking forward to seeing you soon!

Cozy apartment in the eco-house in Dransfeld

You will stay in a cozy, very bright basement apartment in a wooden house built according to building biology guidelines. The apartment has its own entrance, a beautiful terrace and the garden (fire pit) can also be used. In addition to a kitchen with an oven and fridge, a washing machine is also available. The house is located in a quiet residential area with nice neighbors. The small town, with good infrastructure, can be reached on foot in five minutes.

Enjoy a stylish experience in this centrally-located apartment. The small but stylish and fully equipped non-smoking apartment is located in the center of our village of around 1800 inhabitants. The apartment is at ground level and largely barrier-free. Right next door is a grocery store and several snacks. A baker, butcher, hairdresser, florist, pharmacy, ATM and dentist are also within walking distance. Smoking is allowed outside the door.

Bright, newly renovated, attic apartment in a 6-family house. On the outskirts of the village of Stahle, a district of the world heritage city of Höxter in the beautiful Weser Uplands, directly on the Weser bike path. The small apartment (34 m²) can be booked for 2 to 4 people and has a living room, a kitchen and a bathroom. A large garden with seating areas and lawn can also be used. Smaller pets are allowed. Wi-Fi is available.

Sunny apartment in the old town of Höxter

My place is right in the center of the historic old town of Höxter. Restaurants and pubs as well as all shopping are within walking distance. Corvey Castle, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, is only about 3 km away. Höxter is located on the R1 bike path, only about 500 meters from the apartment. Towards Godelheim after about 1.5 km is the recreational lake with swimming and sports facilities, which is very popular in good weather.

In my lovingly furnished apartments you will find the ideal starting point for tours around the Externsteine, the Hermann Monument and all other worthwhile excursion destinations in Lipperland. The apartments are centrally located yet in the countryside. There are shops, pubs and restaurants within easy walking distance, and the Externsteine are 'around the corner.' The apartments are non-smoking apartments, no pets allowed.
